You could probably just shore the inside half. 4x6 on top of skrew jacks,or 4x6 posts. Mabey dig down 6"-12" and pour a pad of concrete 1.5'x1.5' square under each post/jack. A solid concrete block might work under the shore post as well.

I dunno....unless you're putting in some CRAZY heavy stove, you shouldn't need any footers. Maybe just a couple of 4x4 supports sitting on some flat concrete blocks should be all you need.

Or concrete blocks or feet they sell at the home depot. Pretty simple.

As 'mathewfilter7586' commented a couple of 4x6 beams under as many joists as you need supported by 4 posts (2ea.) should do it. Yeah you still gotta dig 4 holes but that's 2 less!😋Sounds like you better hurry too.

Can't you dig a trench from the outside and then extend the trench under the house from the outside? Put in your footing, then fill in the ditch.
