Thanks for including the filtering mask this time. May I assume you also use sealing goggles? How do you like to manage clothing protection? I mostly just use work clothes, and take showers after studio time. Perhaps this is all covered in earlier videos. I've not gone too far back yet.

Thanks David. Very nice piece. I have to rely on artists such as yourself to give me ideas. Sometimes I can actually copy your work well enough to do something about 1/10th as nice! I have a question -watching your initial work with the carbide tool I think I saw that you came straight in to the centerline of the piece. I turn with carbide sometimes but I had a problem with epoxy pieces. The cutter grabbed and really chewed up the piece. I have started using the cutter at a downward angle of maybe 10 degrees. I would appreciate your comment on this issue. Is it likely that I was just being too aggressive with my cuts when the piece was not round? Also - finishing resin? Same stuff as the main pour or a different type? Thanks again - I learned a lot from your video. Now, off to your store!

May i ask please... what is the black material you used as a wrap for the resin pour? Youre art is amazing. I love your channel and greatly admire your skill.

very nice what type of product you use to wrap the wood for resin pour....Larry
@JasonWheelerHanningtonAsh Жыл бұрын
That’s a wonderful piece! Out of interest, what did you wrap around the burr’s before you did the pour - I usually use HPDE sheets cut to size and joined with a glue gun but that looked so much simpler! (Or is it just corrugated sheet?)

I've watched a lot of people do work with resin & wood and I have to ask one thing of all of them... Are they aware that there are other colors besides blue?

Hi David, can I ask what Mica powder you use. I’ve been trawling the usual suspects looking for premium mica powder and frankly it’s overwhelming the amount out there and various prices, thanks.
