The fast food: (depending on what I eat) chicken nuggets, burgers and hotdogs (🍔🌭) for 4th of July, pizza (my favorite dish) 🍕, chicken wings 🍗, fries/chips 🍟, fried rice 🍚, ribs, spring rolls, nachos, noodles 🍜, tacos (🌮), pie (🥧), sushi (🍣), and burritos (🌯).

I am from New Zealand. I wouldn't worry about the American vs British English thing. In BOTH countries there are SO MANY different accents or ways of speaking. When it comes to grammar, there aren't that many differences. Learn English in general to communicate and express yourself.
