@@prestonhall964 you should train your aim with the VT x WHJ playlist no matter what if you’re serious about climbing
@TechSupportDave
@TechSupportDave 11 ай бұрын
Doesn't have to specifically be woohojin's playlist. There's many ways to improve aim, and Woohojin's isn't the only good way. A few other coaches have equally as good aim training routines, some of which happen only in-game too, and may work much better for some people, especially for those who find aimlab utterly boring. One thing to keep in mind is that there's no actual need to use aim trainers unless you're spending multiple hours a day on Valorant. If you're serious about improving but only spend a few hours a week on Valorant then aim training may be a waste of time for you and simply warming up may be your closest best alternative. @@sagirem

Commenting till plat, currently bronze 1 I'm using aimlabs again today, and imma aim train for probably 30-45 minutes. I seriously think that since I have basically no experience in fps games, my biggest flaw is micro and I have good enough macro rn. Wish me luck lol Also, I've been experimenting a bit in unranked and tdm with other characters, and might check for some harbor vod reviews of yours.

Not Bananaman, just spitballing, play diff server? use pings rather than comms? comm after you find out there's another girl in the lobby? Dodge agent select if they get weird after you try to mic check? The only sure way is probably to queue with "friend" just add anyone and everyone that pass vibe check in past games so its easier to ask for stack when you go online.

Hey Woohoojin, i have a question. Does sensitivity really matter? I mean, ofc it does, crazy sens can make it harder to climb but.. not impossible.. right? I play on a 'crazy' sens apparently, (800 dpi 1.05 in game) and i had a few times where i wander if i should change it.. however i feel really comfortable on it. ( Valorant was my first fps in my life, so i stuck to the default 1.0 when downloading the game, accidently pressed +05 on shooting range so got it at 1.05 and stuck with it. I really feel like my aim isnt holding be back, mostly other things. is it okay for me to stick to it? ( as if is it possible to hit eg. immortal with it, or does it have a certain rank i just wont be able to cross with this sort of sens?
@muhammadnazrin3390
@muhammadnazrin3390 11 ай бұрын
pretty sure sens is too high if you can't control it, if you can consistently tap heads, i don't think it matters.
@ridikelus4413
@ridikelus4413 11 ай бұрын
if you're below immortal just stick to 200-400 edpi, anything below 200 won't teach you how to use your wrist, and anything higher than 400 won't teach you how to use your full hand.
@ridikelus4413
@ridikelus4413 11 ай бұрын
i personally was playing for about half a year on 2000 edpi(1600*1.25). it was a real struggle to get down to 270. I did it step by step going from 1.25 to 1 to 0.8 to 0.7... you get it. But I noticed really good changes about my aim, I could track enemies, which I could not do in any way before. Overall, my aim got more consistent and steady
@MK-13337
@MK-13337 11 ай бұрын
Higher sens makes your aim less stable. If you have a mousepad the size of a post stamp then high sens allows you freedom of movement, but if you have a medium-big mousepad then high sens just means you aren't using most of it. You can't be as precise when you only use your wrist as you would be if you had large scale movement from your arm and micro adjustment from your wrist.

You can never be certain, actually. I don't know about Immo/Radiant but twice in the past year I've noticed that an enemy team had a high-level IGL telling them what to do. Lobbies like these become unexpectedly difficult and you end up not knowing what to do since how on earth can one prepare to play against some monster of an IGL? Everything you do becomes read like a book, like they're reading your mind. Or maybe the enemy just had a cheater. Impossible to tell sometimes. People can be really good at this game.
