People like to complain about everything but honestly i just love that every day or however often these are gonna come out i can watch these dudes I've grown really fond of experience a beautiful thing at their own pace. I think people get swept up in the rush of wanting to see the epic boss reaction comp and miss the fact that theyre ruining what makes woolie and reggies LPs special. They aren't milking this for content, theyre sharing their adventure with us. I think that trying to impose your own will onto their experience is a misstep, these things are better for both them and the viewer when we just observe and enjoy episode by episode. They'll get to that boss you like, they'll clear that crazy dungeon, you waited this long and we can wait a little longer because if there's one thing we should have learned from all of this its that quality takes time.

Fun fact: Scadu is actually pronounced more like Shadoo/Shadow. It is the old english word for shadow (the sh sound used to be with a c instead of an h). So it is literally the shadow tree, as NPC's verbally pronounce it. They use a lot of old english spellings in this game, like the gaols (old english for jail) and the haligtree (the G in old english would be silent in this instance, being pronounced more like hali/holy tree)

On the spoilers thing: I got curious and decided to find out what Beserk is. So, before watching or reading anything, I watched the 'thing that happens' at the end of Beserk '97. I still watched the rest of the series because I had to know how they got there. I've also had the opposite happen where I've read the last sentence of a book (I was only checking to see how many pages I had left) and I felt thoroughly annoyed. The book in question was Our Kind of Traitor by John Le Carre.

Enjoyed woolies opinion on "spoilers", cos some ppl are very particular about them, some don't want to know anything where some are a little more relaxed. Im quite relaxed (maybe dumb/naive) cos out out of context you don't even know they are a spoiler, or im just not even remembering it. Another example is a show i wrong say which one obvs and my mate wouldn't watch it cos "well i know this character dies at the end so no point now", and giving the show i said "yeah but its still one hell of a story getting there and tbh, the tone of the show id think it was pretty obvious most ppl would die, its still a great show". And then, the full extreme, i worked with a geezer and was talking about a film, very realistic setting like a spy film or something, and he said "im watching it tonight so don't say anything", and as a joke i said "ok i wont, wasnt expecting the gun robot dinosaur to time travel tho" and let me get this straight that doesn't happen and would never happen in this film, that's why i said something as ridiculous as gun robot dinosaur, but the man still got annoyed saying that was a spoiler, i replied "that's a joke its obviously NOT in yhe film" and he said "yes but now i know there wont be a robot gun dinosaur, and that's a spoiler". 😅

FromSoft needs to start diversifying play styles in the future. Their gameplay system is fun, but for a game this massive, there needs to be more than just the standard Soulslike experience. Much as I like the game, it overstays its welcome by like 30 hours.

True I think the Dark Souls 3 style of combat is quite good and a nice combination of DS1+2 and Bloodborne but it’s hard to keep fully fresh in a 60+ hour game compared to the maybe 10 hour run through of the 3 campaign

Oh god, please no. The last thing their games need are minigames and other pointless open-world checkboxes. Try changing builds, PVP, Invasions... There's plenty in the game and considering the game's player count has remained consistently high, I think it speaks for itself.
