No joke, might have been the most exhilarating experience of the last generation. Friend wanted to play on Nightmare, I agreed like a dope, and the level of growth I felt was sublime The cherry on top was getting the final boss kill, I felt goddamn invincible and couldn't wait for Eternal (which wound up being decent, but not nearly as satisfying)

that throw away line about the people left on the medical beds. the idea of a person being strapped up and then left for whatever reason, thats one of the scariest things for me. well of things that arent outright fantastical. like a a show a couple be having bondage seks wid handcuffs or whatever and the top gets assassinated but the assassin just leaves the bottom chained up? horrible. restraints u need a player two to get out of. not even once. you wanna get tied to the bedpost? surething, just get a band of cloth (like a snood) hook it on the post, loop ur arm in and twist it with the arm u want to lock. bam. the feeling of being restrained without the possibility of getting stuck.
