My most memorable moment in Pokemon was an entire after game. The Delta Episode. It made me love Rayquaza. It inspired me to make my channel. My third memorable moment was beating Steven. My second most memorable Pokemon moment was choosing Torchic, evolving it, then I loved when it was a Blaziken. When I got to Liza and Tate I was screwed. It made me and psychic types enemies if they were used against me. When I won I was very, very overjoyed. Norman was easily my easiest gym leader because Blaziken and Combusken have fighting moves.

Gen 2 gym battles were the most memorable to me, as well as the elite four battles. Not only because of trainers themselves and their Pokémon, but the music... Oh, the music. It's so blood-pumping it could make battling a wild rattata interesting.

Mine is from the manga .-. In the DPPt manga, in the conclusion after everything goes through with Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina, Cyrus goes to Dia. He explains why he did what he did, and I felt bad but that's another story, and he asks Dia how to become a "straight man." There's a reason Cyrus is one of my favorite characters.

My biggest early memory of Pokemon was in Gold and Silver. My friend told me that the way to catch Celebi was to catch all of the other Pokemon and then see Professor Elm. He would give you the GS Ball to catch it and then tell you to go to the Shrine in the Ilex Forest, where you were supposed to stand and tap A until it appeared. xD

My most memorable moment was when I was a naive child playing HH and SS I found a Rakiou and loved the design so I threw a new ball I recently got (which was a heavy ball) and caught him in straight away making me extremely happy, with this legendary and my confusion with ever stones I had a level 60 starter and level 60 legendary before Whitney. I felt like an utter champion.

Survived Sabrina's (or was it Erika's) gym with only my Oddish left who finally evolved into Gloom after such long struggle. Also I really like the hidden caves and such in Dppt where you can almost forgot about them, but it basically gives you reason to explore more. Wayward Cave and the secret cave in route 204 is my favorite among all. Also the house with the ghost in Route 217 was a nice curious surprise.

I had a lot of memories with Gen 2. (Well, Gen 4 I guess. Silver and Gold remakes were me and my brother's first Pokemon games.) I remember I found a shiny Rattata randomly, and then I killed it. I remember my brother having a lot of trouble beating Red with 3 Level 100 Pokemon, and then I beat Red with only my Level 100 Feraligatr that knows only HMs on my first try. I felt really proud of myself. I remember searching everywhere for a Shiny Stone so I could evolve my Togetic, and I never found one, so I just went through the entire game with a Togetic. I remember only having 4 Pokemon on my team when I beat the Elite 4: Feraligatr, Togetic, Lugia, and Dragonite. I even have some memories of replaying Soul Silver recently: I found a shiny Ekans randomly in the safari zone. It sucked, but I still used it. I finally found a Shiny Stone for my Togetic. I felt a little sad evolving it. Replaying Gen 4 made me realize what a pain HMs are. I'm glad they removed them in Sun and Moon. I remember the only reason I even caught Lugia was just so I could have an HM slave.

Recent, but, Pokémon Sun and Moon spoilers I had beat the game, and the cutscene (and credits) played. But I'm not talking about that part. I had just heard from Hau that something terrible was happening. I followed him. When I found out what he was talking about, I was heartbroken. I did not think that Lillie would leave. I could barely go through the cutscene, because I was so sad and I even started crying. This is one of the only times I've cried at a video game in my life.

my absolute favorite memory of any pokemon game is realizing how easy it was to put the brakes on whitney. every play through I would catch a female wooper and grind it to level 20 to evolve it into quagsire. next id scale the route north of goldenrod city to get TM04- Rollout and teach it to my newly evolved female quagsire. made the battle a complete 180 in my favor.

The memory that has stuck with me for the last ten years was my first use of the masterball. When I was a kid playing Pokémon Diamond I generally just skipped through the dialogue without reading it, so obviously I missed the part where you're told that you only get one. Thinking I could buy more at the Pokémart later now that I had got my first one, I went to test if it really caught any Pokémon without failure like my fiends told me it did. How? Unpopular opinion, but I remember Pokemon Black 2 best. While Diamond was the first game I played, I was a little too young to remember it properly. Black 2 was the game I really enjoyed the most. I especially appreciated the music most in the game. It's so well made. I still think it's the best music in the entire pokemon series. I also really like the new mechanic introduced of animated sprites during battle. I'm glad Game Freak kept that mechanic.
