I frequently listen to a God Fearing pastor out of Australia. He flies to many countries, yet has NO million dollar private jet. The Lord ALWAYS provides a way. This Pastor does not ask for money, and teaches sound doctrine. Brother Peters, you too are one who stands tall in Jesus. Thank you for being true to Jesus and to the word of our LORD. There was a day a few years ago, the HOLY SPIRIT, spoke to me about many of the "teachers" Brother Peters has shown to be false. That day was a time of release and repentance and when I moved, all the false books went into the trash.

Problem is people see prosperity as money when God let's us know that true riches are from the heart. They did what God the Father said and laid up their treasures in Heaven. Just look at the pre-trib rapture teaching in America. 95% of all professing Christians believe in it, in spite of it being totally false, it contradicts the word of God, Was never taught for 1800 years, and has dozens of logical fallacies within it. So all believers in America believe several false doctrines as there are several false doctrines just in the pretrib-rapture teaching alone. I don’t know what’s worse somebody that teaches the pre-trib rapture, and dispensationalism, that says we will go back to animal sacrifices for sin atonement for 1,000 years or the prosperity preachers. Honestly, I believe those teaching the rapture teaching are a lot more heretical than the prosperity teachers as anybody saying that we’re going back under a sacrificial system has a lot to learn about the Bible and is preaching two gospels. The entire church in america is in bad shape in every denomination.

What a difference! I read the comments posted on this forum about Jerry Savelle passiing, and then I came across another video from a faith based group and their comments about Jerry's passing, the contrast between the two is astounding. One is full of finger pointing, condemning, judging,, accusing (my spirit) felt so grieved (the other) full of love, praise, prayer, glorifying, positive testimonies, and my spirit was encouraged and strengthened. So strong was the contrast in my spirit, I felt compelled to come back to this form and ask this question. How is it (if) the faith based message(name it and claim it group as you call it) is of the devil, it produces so much Joy, hope, enthusiasm, love ,prayer (in those) that hear and support the message of faith? If it is (Satan's message) as taught on this forum yet produces such love, I would think Satan is working against himself. Respectfully, I am (forced to conclude) some deep reflections are in order, and a profound misunderstanding and Injustice has been done (by some) to those who attempt to walk by faith and not by sight. 🙏

Satan often appears as an angel of light to decieve people. The first group is led by a consistent and logical understanding of scripture. They do not allow their emotions to dictate what is true. Not bribing God with money in order to get riches and healing. Giving money to Jerry Savelle, so he can be a millionaire, will not impel God to take anyone out of poverty or heal anyone's body. God never promised that if you blessed a "prophet" He would bless you. This probably sounds judgmental to people. That's fine, the job of the truth is to make those who are wrong feel judged. That is why people get so angry. Truth is a very judgmental thing, that is why people hate it. Those who are prepared to accept what is true are not angered by hearing it. Christ, who is the Truth, judges all things we say and do. If we accept Christ, He will enable us to accept all that is true. The man in this video speaks the truth, without apology. He is a true preacher of the Gospel for he pursues God in order to gain God, not to gain prosperity and healing. Since he pursues God, those things will be added to him, if not in this life than in the next. For the Bible says seek the Kingdom of God, not prosperity and healing.

My mother was watching a telethon on TV and a preacher said that if you give a certain amount of money God will bless you 100 fold She went to the bank and borrowed that certain amount of money and she sent the money. She waited for the blessing of 100 fold, but it didn't come. She had a financial hardship because of what she did for that ministry. God restores what the canker worm has eaten.

People need to learn how to be deserning, learn scripture and move on when they learn to listen to Holy Spirit! Same thing goes for you and your ministry. You are a mess too. I went to Rhema Bible College as a young man. I repented and left Word of Faith theology in my early 30s and didn't look back. When I got away from the false doctrine and got sound Biblical teaching. Praise God, the Lord delivered me from the deceptive doctrines and practices of the Word of Faith in 1989 after following Copeland since 1980. I was in my 30s too. I'm so glad He opened my eyes back then. It's become so much more disgraceful since then. My pastor's son graduated from Rhema a year before I left. Of course, father handed over to son "his" church in 07, and he became the "bishop" and his wife a pastor. In the mid 80s, the pastor's wife exclaimed from the pulpit, "This is OUR church! If anybody's going to leave it's YOU, not us!." I had no clue what that was about, but most of the congregation actually cheered. Well, about three years after I left in 89, I decided to drop in on their service. They had lost about 2/3 of their 2,000 members. So, I guess, confession does bring possession, lol.

This feels a bit like a thinly veiled gloat while his family is freshly grieving, and it is seems antithetical to the love of God. You have not listened intently, and you extrapolate what was not actually saiid. In October he said God “began” in August to give him the word for 2024 and continued in October. You didn’t listen fully. Neither statement contradicts the other. You use this opportunity of his sudden death after 55 years of faithful labor for the Kingdom of God around the world (including on commercial airlines) to slam his wife’s childhood preacher, to criticize other preachers, to apply what other preachers say to Dr. Savelle, to criticize his word given to him by God for 2024 because he didn’t live the whole year (He never said he would; we all hope to live with high productivity and service and work diligently accordingly until God calls us home.) Dr. Savelle was one of the most diligent preachers I know. You are not apparently familiar with his in depth teachings and sermons quoting verse after verse after verse. Your research is thin and therefore your analysis and conclusions are drawn from vain imaginations. Did you mention hospitals he built in Africa? Wells? Schools? No you didn’t. Did you mention hundreds of thousands who have given their hearts to the Lord through his ministries? You were too eager to slander him without knowing him. Discernment requires diligence not conjecture. Jesus taught with stories and quoting scripture. So did Jerry. Seems like a good model. I never heard Jerry Savelle say he was going to live to 120 years old, did you? So why did you imply that he did? Because it and so many other false accusations served your purposes to jump on and slam this faithful preacher after a lifetime of service when his body wasn’t even cold yet. Ps 31:18 “Let the lying lips be put to silence; which speak grievous things proudly and contemptuously against the righteous.” Blessed are the peacemakers. This wasn’t that. Maybe he had flaws according to this video, but we never know what was on his heart right before his last breath We don't see what God see, or how many souls truly accepted Jesus and followed Jesus through the ministry that God gave him. I don't watch Jerry Savelle, Kenneth Copeland, Bill Johnson. In fact I watch very few preachers indeed. However, I feel such a grief and sadness in my heart for them. We have the Holy Spirit living in us. He will always stir us to whether we are being fed lies or truth. I always trust His warnings. Hence- the reason I'm cautious with whom I listen to. Can I ask you a question, if you don't watch them, then you don't really know what they preached, so why are you grieved for them? Could it be because you believe, what others say about them? How is that different from Gossip? For example: Somebody you worked with, could tell me negative stuff about you, does that make it true? Of course not. And would that be right,them whispering in my ear (bad things) about you, and you not even having a chance defend yourself, not even knowing you've been slandered. How could this be God's will? 1 John 5:16 says if (YOU) see your brother's sin (NOT) if somebody else tells you they sinned. Then 1 John 5:16 goes on to say, (but) if you personally see someone in sin, start a Ministry and pointed it out to everybody. No that's not what it says, it says if (you yourself) see someone sin pray for them and God (will) give them life. THIS IS THE PERFECT WILL OF GOD FOR THE BODY, LOVE ONE ANOTHER, PRAY ONE FOR ANOTHER, THAT (WE) MIGHT BE HEALED (JAMES 5:16). I agree. Jerry Savelle was so inspirational because he had found a deep relationship with the Lord 50odd yrs ago - he had a high calling that some cannot comprehend. I have found in life that when you have an encounter with the Lord, no-one can take away your experience, your visions, your dreams with the Lord - no-one. You stand so strong and cannot waver in your faith in God and cannot be shaken by anyones criticisms. And you cannot be shaken by an enemy who comes to attack u thru people in Jesus name. He preached the true inspiring word of God and he had a faith in God that was BIG and unimaginable for many. Praise God and He will continue to bless the Savelle Family. Jerry Savelle was a blessing to many. I heard him preach on several occasions! He was so “real” and down to earth!! And he was very inspiring! Leading thousands to the Lord. He had an organization with a board who probably determined his salary, as did Billy Graham. If he had plenty of money it was more than likely he GAVE plenty of money , understanding he built hospitals and schools in Africa. That kind of giving takes lots of money. Maybe he had plenty, but maybe he GAVE plenty ! It doesn’t sound like you KNEW the man you’re judging. You would be more affective if you would just preach the Word and the love of Jesus. I went to a Jerry Savelle meeting about late January 2020. I was in WOF for almost 15 years and saw the error of their ways and been trending away from the doctrine. I repented whole heartedly to the Lord before I went and asked God to show me if this was the gospel and asked to be cleansed from any negative bias about this doctrine. I left that meeting knowing I had been duped all along by the god is their belly teachings of WOF. I couldn’t even remember any honor to Jesus, didn’t even recall him mentioning Jesus. He spoke almost 30 minutes on KC, 10 minutes on his daughter and Kelly Copeland podcast, and the rest of his time bragging on his jet and how you can have your jet but if you don’t care to have a jet well that’s your choice but I got mine. He also said the Lord told him his message of the year was he has the gift of supernatural increase which you cannot find anywhere in the Bible. Of course the Lord forgot to tell him about the virus that was going to impact the whole world. The Lord warned us about such teachers in the last days.. heed his warning..For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables.

Have seen Minister Jerry Savelle minister at the church I attended in El Paso, TX when we were stationed at Ft Bliss, TX. I will never forget the sermon he preached from I Samuel 17 "How to Get A Head In Life." Certain principles stood out with me and really blessed me over the past 30 years. Jerry & Carolyn Savelle came to a church(¿) My children & I was attending, Bethel Faith Center '96 or '97. Optometrist Willie & Wife Jane Malone were pretend pastors there. I was asked to Sell their Tapes, Books, etc. I was told prices and there was a special of 3 for ¿ some amount. When they stopped by the table and heard me telling a lady about the special, which I had sold 3 prior, they stopped the sale and in HARSH TREATMENT Ridiculed me for the confusion, saying I had caused them to loose money. I was heart‐broken. They were HEARTLESS PEOPLE, money was their only aim❗️ I later was told by my, Chiropractor brother‐in‐law, Charlie Ward, he had written them a check for $ 5,000.00. I personally, as well as many others, had put more than I could afford into the Offering Plate, because of guilt that was placed upon us by the Savelle's.

Biblical faith is believing and trusting in God's provision for you, according to His revealed AND unrevealed will, regardless of circumstances OR outcomes that don't match what we think we need. Romans 8:28 says that ALL things work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to His purpose. ALL things...no asterisk! No if, ands, or buts. God is sovereign over all the affairs of His children. Jerry taught a false faith. But even so, his days were numbered in God's book (Psalm 139:16-17). Find preachers who are faithful to the Word. You'll never find them among the ranks of Jerry Savelle and his friends.

I just want to thank you Brother Justin! I grew up in the charismatic church and then had a long falling out from God all together from my teenage years till about 40 years old. I went back to church and joined another charismatic church. This time I asked why about everything and studied and sought truth and met a few people that helped me in the Gospel along the way. At work I am able to put on ear buds and I listened to you and McArthur, Vodie, Mike Winger and many many others that are helping me get out of that mindset. I am a Catholic convert from the Presbyterian and Episcopal churches. I have several books and tapes by Jerry Savelle and his daughter Terri. While we are here on earth, all of us are not going to agree with each other. We cannot all agree on what all the passages from the Scriptures mean. It amazes me how the man who has this channel right here, spends his entire life tearing down other people who are "ministers" of Christ gospel. It always amazes me how people make a living and get these channels and get their notoriety out of being a full-time"accuser of the brethren", and yet they believe they are all right and that it's okay for them to do that. I was in a journey where I was desperate for Christ and came to WOF churches. Listened to all the to names preach. So often they manipulate those that are broken, they said all the right things. I immersed myself in their movement. All along God was revealing to me who HE is, HIS character, HIS heart and I repented and my relationship with Him has been amazing. So glad to be out of WOF blasphemy. I grew up with my mom giving thousands and thousands to TBN, Bakers, everyone on those projects. She gave because they told her if she did she'll be healed and her prayers answered. It was so sad, so sad. These WOF "pastors" will answer for what they've done.

Jerry Savelle was a great ambassador of Jesus and though I live in the UK, his preachings grew my faith and thought me so much about God. I cried when I heard he has transitioned to heaven and I thank God for his ministry and obedience. JP you are not a good example of a believer in Christ, where is your sympathy for the Savelle’s who are mourning? Jesus said we should mourn with those who mourn…. I am forever grateful for Jerry Savelle’s ministry because of his obedience to the call of God. See you in heaven brother Jerry Savelle!!!
