Hmm. You know there’s a lot of scenes where Victoria Best (a bratty self-obsessed character) uses her recorder to hypnotize people in the show. (It appears to stun them but in one episode it is proven to be hypnosis) Whenever she gets in trouble she never thinks to use it though, only about once or twice per episode lol.

I have some ideas in mind like if you're interested, there's an ep of keroro gunsou (aka sergent frog in english) where some alien frogs who want to conquer the earth spreads a gas that mind alters the minds of 100% of Earth population to make them obsessed by ear cleaning (so much they intend to invade while humans are busy cleaning each others' ears). In another episode someone forced the alien frogs to build a device that releases electromagnetic waves that alter the mind of 100% of humans into becoming the slave of Hinata Fuyuki. The anime "yokai watch" is a GOLD MIND: it has tons and tons of mind manipulation scenes (not always direct mind control but sometimes it is the case). There's quite literally one yokai for pretty much ANY mind alteration you may think of (like mind altered to love to waste your money buying stupid stuff, mind altered to love to save your money, mind altered to act like a city boy, mind altered to become stupid, mind altered to lose your memories, mind altered to have an obsession for pressing buttons). And some direct mind control, for example a yokai made someone become evil and everyone was supernaturally okay with 100% of what the person who became evil says or does. The yokai behind it even made a mind control soup that enslaves people who drinks it and intended to make the person who became evil to convince everyone to drink that soup (some other yokais were forced to drink it and became enslaved). You know how ygo is famous for mind control and hypno scenes right? In ygo zexal it happens EXTREMELY often that people are controlled by supernatural forces to become evil or work for antagonists. In one ep there's a funny ep in which a boy pretends ot be mind controlled to give fake good advices to a villain. Quite literally almost all eps are are like "oh no a supernatural evil forced made someone do evil stuff and controls that person!" It calms down during the tournament (and yet not completely: someone was mind controlled to work for an antagonist and some of the supernatural forces I talked about still take control of people. and when that arc is over you think it stops? No ... it's like "oh no an even stronger supernatural force controls people to make them do evil stuff!" there's even a scene where a mind controlled person uses a strange hypnosis (she can cut plants in such a hypnotic way that people who watch her do that become fascinated and fall asleep). Anyway yeah if you like characters getting corrupted this anime is probably one of the best of it's kind.
