Luke 4:15-23 King James Version 15 And he taught in their synagogues, being glorified of all. 16 And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read. 17 And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written, 18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath ANOINTED me to preach the GOSPEL to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to THE BLIND, to set at liberty them that are bruised, 19 To preach the acceptable year of the Lord. 20 And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. (Gospel is to recover spiritual sight to the spiritual blind. Satan blinded the MINDS. JESUS THE LIGHT opens eyes and exposes the darkness, lies, falsehoods) These words are spirit not carnal mind or physical) John 6:63 King James Version 63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the WORDS that I speak unto you, they are SPIRIT, and they are LIFE. Acts 26:18 King James Version 18 TO OPEN their eyes, and to TURN THEM from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me. ( Here is the forbidden fruit- It is written Hosea 10:13 “Ye have plowed wickedness, ye have reaped iniquity; ye have EATEN THE FRUIT OF LIES: because thou didst trust in thy way, in the multitude of thy mighty men.” (Sow the Good seed. The corrupt seed is the seed of the serpent/ fork tongue/ half truth) Luke 8:11 King James Version 11 Now the parable is this: The seed is the WORD of God 1 Corinthians 2:16 King James Version 16 For who hath known THE MIND of the Lord, that he may instruct him? BUT we have THE MIND of Christ. This sermon couldnt come at a better time. I have committed a sin which i know very well stem from my overt love and adoration toward my boyfriend. This sermon is a very strong reminder in a time when i feel the most unfit to stand in front of The Lord. Even praying these days make me cringe. It is really hard to connect with Him when my heart is divided and untrue. I am trying to pray and hope for strenght and salvation.
