Keep up your readings. Once you finish RCIA, your world, the truth be with you and in you. Your journey in Christ, even as a Catholic will not be easy. I am an Catholic Apologetic and my call from God was to help my brothers and sisters, both new and old to come closer to God. Be weary by Christian family around KZbin as there are many who are not taught to speak on subjects but they do as Fundamentalist and not Theologian. If at anytime you have a question of your faith, as the Priest and don't forget you have family in the Church. Even outside the Church, you can ask me. May God continue to Bless you, your family and all that you bring to the church.

Aquinas brought me to catholicism for the simple fact i seen that he questioned things, he did not have blind faith and i truly admire that. This is by far one of the best biographies on Thomas Aquinas. Personally, I find it difficult to read Aquinas or read about him without entering a state of ecstacy. He is to me by far the greatest genius who ever lived. The church's existence today owes Aquinas a very great debt, coming as he did at a time when man started to question astrology and alchemy and was prepared to lump religion in with witchcraft and magic but for Aquinas who showed that sacred scripture was not only a science, and not only the queen of science, but was wisdom beyond all wisdom.

@@maryannbenedetto8854 nah. thank you, though 😊 I know enough of Catholic belief, at least in modern times (know you all think you haven't changed your beliefs) to know the Roman church believes protestants are saved, so I'll pass. And truthfully, even if it doesn't think I'm saved, I don't really care. The Roman church isn't God. The scriptures say I am saved and my experience of the spirit in Pentecost says I am saved. Thanks for your concern, but even though I love the RCC, I don't see her as faithful to the Apostolic deposit, and that will always keep me away from her no matter my love for her.
