For me Aloha in '73 was the pinnacle for him. But, the summer of '70 with TTWII, is my favorite version of Elvis. It is so rare to find someone who can actually listen with their ears and talk intelligently to the quality of his voice.! How refreshing. Profesional voice insructors have stated that his vocal range was about 3& 1/2 to 3&3/4 octives comfortably and 4 octives if strained, which is pretty good for an untrained voice.
