I have panic disorder that is only triggered by food like caffeine, alcohol, smoking and spices. Otherwise I have general anxiety. I have researched so much but never found someone suffering from this type of induced panic disorder. Your videos help me understand it better, thanks!

It was weird that up until March of this year, I was mostly fine. Then one day I was just having a weird situation that lead me to feel radically different. When I went to the doctor, they ran minimal blood test and the Nurse Practitioner just sort of disregarded why I was there to focus on something more physical and topical (it was a rash) and just set me up a referral for Bariatric surgery without my prompting. I have not felt the same since. All my tests came back normal. I even rescheduled with a new PcP who just ran the same tests and verified nothing was wrong. Yet ever so often, I feel like the bottom drops out of my stomach, my heart seems to flutter and I feel cold like I have a low blood sugar. When that happens i check my blood sugars and they are normal, but my blood pressure fluctuates...ever since then I have had a fear of dying, or my only elderly parent dying while he sleeps or while I am away.

I all of the sudden developed what I believe to be severe anxiety. That sinking feeling in my chest, the sensation in the chest of doom and fear stays 24/7. Hospital said im fine so I guess it's anxiety. That's why I'm here, I don't know what to do

Stay away from gluten and opt for meat and fat. Bile thinners like root teas and bitter teas. No grains of any kind and that includes white rice and brown rice. Gluten causes inflammation and deficiencies. I have even tried fermenting these grains and it didn't work . I'd still get anxiety

HI @John Fish, those things can be good crutches that can reduce anxiety, but they don't really address the underlying causes. Taking the steps to correct the issues explained in this video can then allow some people to one day reduce their need to reduce or avoid so many things.

My breath rate is 6 breaths per minute. I also attempted Keto,/Carnivore and had a horrible insomnia experience. There were also hot sensations and palpatations at night. Exercising made me feel fuzzy amd anxious. I never fwlt like this before on Keto, Im an athlete and gotta fix this fast!

My blood test came back being low magnesium in the cell and serum might be causing my anxiety

people that claim ptsd, and trust me, there are tons that do, i know some that do, i see some on line yelling they have it, etc, well, they need to listen to your advice and get on with life. I was a police officer, and later a 911 call taker, also when i was in sales for a time, i was a target in an office shooting but got out safely while some others didnt. I also just missed getting shot by the man that went around the va/dc/md area (years ago) shooting people in parking lots, and i even witnessed a murder in a mddonald’s parking lot, (fredericksburg, va) but was too late to shoot the shooter (yes, i carry concealed, legally), so all of this could have sent me into the excuse of ptsd, but no, dont lay blame as you say. we just need to get off of our butts and live our lives and move on. great advice you have here.

PTSD symptoms can be caused from traumatic stress or chronic stress or both. The adrenal’s are taxed to the point where they can’t produce proper amounts of hormones. So when you say they need to get off their butts, I am assuming you are referring to exercise, it can actually worsen symptoms. In reality, I believe as the video points out, digestion is also a major part of healing the adrenals…. I love this channel because they focus on bile. Proper bile function and mindfulness/breathing will increase energy flow and nutrients to the adrenals which help them heal and function properly. This channel is one of the best ive seen on health in many years! Thank you!!!!

Emotions block energy flow… some folks are already predisposed to weak adrenal energy due to past experience or genetic makeup passed down from parents and their trauma or simply not utilizing nutrition. So while they may not fit your definition of PTSD, symptomatically, they are the same.

Hello there 🙂 Great videos - thank you! My mum, (77 years old), went to the doctor 11 years ago with low mood and anxiety and was prescribed her first ever psychiatric drug - 11 years on she is taking multiple prescription psychiatric drugs and in a much worse situation now than she ever was. I cannot seem to find any answers about the type of anxiety she experiences and would really appreciate your insight into her symptoms: She will be really well for three weeks or so with no anxiety, great mood and able to participate in daily life and then, BOOM! she wakes up with terrible, debilitating anxiety which remains for around three weeks - the cycle just keeps going, 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off - regular as clockwork. I think it's most likely due to the prescription drugs but would really appreciate your insight and would love to know if you've ever met anyone else with this same cycle? Thanks so much! ☺💚

Is it safe to take lactobacillus probiotics for people with anxiety issues? Do those strains also increase lactic acid in the body?

Histamine intolerance or mast cell activation syndrome can cause anxiety when there’s histamine overload. SIBO or intestinal disease usually come with histamine intolerance. A diet low in histamine helps.

Can it conversely cause panic if someone is too acidic as well? I notice my panic upticks if I have products with lactic acid in them and also things like cheese and dairy…

B1 is needed to break down lactic acid. If someone has a deficiency of B1, then lactic acid can accumulate. Benfotiamine is a fat soluble form that is good to take.

I breath 19 times in one minute and the top blood pressure was never more than 110 for few years. When I check blood pressure, it was always 89/60. Do I have mineral problem ?

When I am riding (not driving) in a vehicle I have been fighting panic as if I was falling or going out of control. It takes a lot of breathing and self distraction like doing math to stay in control of myself. Next time I will bring a coke.
