Jan Gunnarsson is a leading expert in the field of hospitality and service; or hostmanship as he calls it. In his TEDx talk, Jan gives you seven choices that will make you master the art of service. And he also explains why you should let a 96 year old lady ride a Harley. Jan is an international author and speaker with 8 books and over 2,000 presentations on human interactions. He is also the founder of the Hostmanship Group, with operations in Europe and Africa helping organizations to ensure an inclusive and welcoming culture. Jan is educated at Stanford University as a certified teacher of cultivating compassion. His passion is to inspire people to welcome themselves and others. Jan is also running Family-2-Family, helping families in Uganda to start up family businesses. In his spare time Jan is either recording music in a studio which can be found on Spotify or performing live at exclusive concerts. Jan is also the Director of The Turquoise Theatre who put on puppet shows for kids and grown-ups.
