I say BRAVO for keeping a cooler environment! When you are at work, those that are cool can always put on another layer... a sweater, jacket, blanket, etc. However, when you are too warm, it isn't exactly prudent (or legal) to take off the right amount of clothing to achieve a comfortable temperature! Naked and hot is still naked and hot with nowhere to go (but jail). Plus, nobody needs to see that!!! hahaha Extra kudos for being conscientious and considerate by choosing a work temperature where everyone can achieve their own comfort levels! Another of the many reasons to admire you, Nikki!

I've always said you're an amazing Boss. Thinking of your staff and getting them the best of the best is very commendable. Getting your employee's a very comfortable chair. That's the best choice ever. There are very few bosses like you. What you give out thats what youre going to receive. Your kind thoughtfulness towards your staff is so loving. You'll be rewarded with much blessings. The kinder you are to your employee's , they'll be eager to take an extra mile for you. I was a Supervisor for 32 staff members. I was very blessed to have had such an amazing staff I was very kind to my emoyees too..Anyone would be priveledge to work for you. Many Blessings to you and your entire staff.

I would recommend to place your Wi-Fi routers at high places like the top of bookshelf to optimise the signal wavelength throughout your office space, you've already got a good centralised location for office electronics. I love your office, it feels like working at home.

Nikki you can use the same fitures as the floresent but save the eyes by replacing the florecent bulbs with LED, this is better on the eyes and it's also better on the budget for any home or office. And the Daylight LED bulbs creat that lighting effect needed to help one keep concentration.

Love your videos . Warning plz make sure the heaters are on a power surge protector. I have worked at many offices and they always blow the fuse and interfered with our whole system being down

Excellent tips Nikki! Many we can use at home as well as in the office. When I worked in an out of home office (I learned this from a manager colleague at a major hospital), I never turned on the overhead fluorescent lights unless re-organizing or purging. I used multiple lamps to provide enough light (my offices never had windows) and it was a major stress reliever!!! Other colleagues would come to my office to de-stress!! Would it be possible for you to list major office furniture sources that you used? I was really looking at the different desks, bookcases, chairs, etc? It would be most appreciated!! Put a salt lamp or two around the office. The salt lamps will help with moods, the over head lighting, & dark spots in the office that you have.

Hey Nikki, I'm always enjoying the videos you put out. I wanted to ask and I believe I asked a request on another video. I work from home and I have an L shaped desk. Now I do have a double screen on one side and a smaller part of the desk that I file paperwork. It's quite a small cluster. I also do not have drawers for my desks. It's a small office space that will be set up as a spare bedroom as well. Any ideas on organizing?
