I’ve been meticulous with my organisation and prep thinking that will get me through and it has, for the most part. Ive been trying to feel accomplished and proud of myself when I achieve going for a walk daily, reading a part of my book, journalling and getting to bed before 12am. Ive realized I need to push myself but at the same time notice when I am doing good things for myself and feel good about it. I battle with bad mental health struggles and I wanted to share this because for me personally at the moment working is out of the question, I need to take care of myself and try to be easy on myself also! Also wanted to share a different kind of lifestyle/day. :)

Yeah it's unbalanced or shuved to much stuff in the washing machine. You can wiggle your washing machine no stuff inside or move your clothes around & try not to have it all near the middle part in the barrell.

There was once this experiment that this guy did where all he talked about was dog food with his girlfriend and then suddenly he started getting Facebook ads and google ads about it, it was a few years ago. But that happens to me too, I've been looking at a moisturiser and talking about it with my mum and there's actually an ad for it that i can see currently for it on beauty bay. Your phone listens to you talk about something and then shows you it.
