I’m a little older than you, and one thing I’ve found helpful is when you feel like you have no time, look at the season of life you’re in. Some seasons are busy and require putting down/relaxing some expectations you put on yourself, and when it slows down pick back up what you can. Everything doesn’t have to be 100 all the time! Also - finding a way to give yourself grace in life. You’re doing great!

My therapist makes me set a rest/pleasure goal every week, and it really helped me realize how much taking that time to rest or do a hobby made me productive/helped me focus more when i needed to. Totally understand the overwhelm life.

@@KeeganActon depends on what I need that week! Sometimes it’s 5 mins to walk to a coffee shop and get a coffee, sometimes it’s getting takeout and sitting on the couch watching bobs burgers, or sometimes it’s an 20mins of knitting or reading (which sometimes turns to more).

Hi New sub here...started with your condo hunting. Getting blackout curtains or pull down shades installed on the windows where the sun is coming in, really help to keep the room temperature down. You can lower them when you leave in the morning and raise them when you get home. It also reduces hydro costs if they are not included in your condo fees. Love your vlogs and your energy 😊

Enjoy the responsibility of a property. Things can be working fine now but years later something will need repair or replaced. Don’t forget to maintain your HVAC every year like an oil change on your car. Change the vent filters.

Work wear: Poshmark, Mercari, thredUP, Depop, eBay. Doing it online lets u curate more. Like 90% of my work wardrobe (I have an office job) is from there. They have brands like Ann Taylor loft, banana republic, New York and Company & Thomas Pink (they have a lot more but this are some brands I’ve gotten from them) Express is also good. It’s more affordable on those apps and everything I have for is in good condition. Apps also have stuff from brands back in the day ie Hollister used to sell normal button downs. Also H&M has good slacks they have $19.99 ones the have lasted me nearly 2yr (accept an asshat neighbor left something on the street so the knee is thin) but the pants r good

Maybe a dumb idea, but I would try rubbing the makeup brush on your neck with no product and seeing if it still turns red. My neck skin (but not my face skin) turns red just from me slightly touching it, maybe it's just sensitive!

Completely random, but as someone from Australia the idea of having to pay for your petrol before you fill your car is so weird. How do you know that you have filled the full tank or how much to pay if you want to fill your whole tank.

The skin on your neck is thinner and more sensitive than the skin on your face, so it could definitely be a reaction to the bronzer. That being said, I’d wait a bit before seeing a doctor. Wait a week, don’t use the bronzer on your neck, to see if your rash comes back. If it doesn’t, try your bronzer one more time. If it comes back, you’ll have your answer. I would try old navy for work clothes they always have sales and the clothes are really cute! I would also invest in a Oura ring !! They are kinda pricey I spent $320 on mine but I love it.
