Because I prefer late shifts, and the 307 has a specific late rota, so I am on that and therefore no need for me to swap shifts to get lates

They have already changed the format on the 192 cards (to an even worse layout!) and I believe all duty cards will be reissued soon in the new format

Depends. If it transferred within Arriva I'd consider it, though I cant see that happening. Otherwise it's got 6 years left on the contract and I retire in less than 5, so it wont go to another operator within that time frame
