Looks great Ethan. You definitely get your walking in.

I always felt that clearing fence rows was time well spent. It easier to trim a tree at ground level and you only have to trim it once. Great job.

Ethan, wow that looks a thousand times better with those trees and brush out of there. I bet your landlord is happy about that. Thanks Michael

I believe ( and hope ) that in time, you will be rewarded for all your efforts in cleaning up tree lines and fence lines of properties

That little machine does a great job. Big time saver for sure. You're getting pretty good with it. See you later.

After time, the machine becomes a natural extension of your body. You just look, reach, grab, and place.

Great job cleaning up the tree line. A wider rake is going to do a better job cleaning up behind the mini. You're going to run out of power when the pile gets deep enough no matter how narrow the rake is. I'd build it like a stacking rake for a skidsteer with a closer tine spacing and wings like a semi-u blade.
@Oliver66FarmBoy2 күн бұрын
I don’t want it any wider than the crawler so it will fit anywhere the u frame will fit.

Looks nice with everything cleaned up. On a side note i just watched a video with a white tractor collection. AG Dealer white tractor collection in Gilbert Plains Manitoba. Think you might like to see it. 4-270's

Good progress Ethan. I don't know if you look at any of Let's dig18's videos.?? He has several where He mounted root rakes onto a couple of his dozers. Blade stayed on the way he did it. Might be worth a watch.? Thanks for the upload. Take care. Fred.

I have an idea for a squadron hitch if you decide to go down that route. I think if you modify the frame on the 4 row parts planter that could work. Then make 3 hitches and use the outer two in the field. Then build a hitch on the back of one drill for towing.

Hi Ethan. Long time watcher of your videos. I have excavators of my own and regularly do this type of work and find a land rake bucket to be the best for this kind of job. They leave all the soil behind with ease and just collect the roots and branches. It would be very easy for you to make with your set up at home

Why don't you rent a brush cutter grinder. . . You can clear much more in less time and effort. Watching this Is tremendously slow and frustrating
@Oliver66FarmBoy2 күн бұрын
Then don’t watch it? Why would I spend money to rent a skid steer and forestry mulcher which are not cheap at all, when we have an excavator.
