The crown is nothing. You have gotten pass the bad part. I was in the dentist last Friday also for a bridge. Make some veggie soup. I added ground beef, chicken broth stewed tomatoes and every veggie you love. It is my go to during my dental work.

That looks like quite an undertaking! I can't imagine having to "file" fabrics so I can get them into the right place in a quilt :) I think I will be sticking to patchwork and appliqué! I enjoyed your live very much Ian.

No, it is recommended that you do not starch or use any kind of sprays on pre-cut quilt kits.
