No problem buddy , the tempest was just an add on at the back end of last summer . The pond run soley on an easypod till then and coped fine . Good combernation to be fair .😉👌👍👍👍👍

Nice update Dave, very close to getting the pond back up and running. Your small temp pond is a very similar size to what is my main puddle for now…🤷🏼‍♂️😂 but glad to see that 500 gallons has kept them going and some good growth too 🤞🏼 (I’ve recently posted my first YT video, going to document my puddle build if you fancy a nosey 😊) Look forward to seeing it with water back in it mate, and then the big pond to come. 👍🏼

Still have about 9 weeks till i get an Op and it cut out mate but better than 12 to 18 months on the NHS to be fair the pain has been a little better the last two weeks but loss of sleep getting up in the night in pain is taking its toll i cat nap the days away.

Through the top Jamie , you have to unscrew the black nut and remove the bung. Dont think you will get at it to clean it though buddy . 👌👍👍👍👍

It wasnt parasite mate, it was a knock on from the issues i had in the mqin pond , through my own idioticy i cross contaminated and passed it on . Expensive lesson 👌👍👍👍👍👍

​@@kentishkoi9352 ive had a major bacterial issue in the main pond for about 2and a half years after introducing some fish that had it and it basically wiped me out over time . The few fish that did survive were in a paddling pool over summer last year and were fine with no signs of the issue out the main pond. I then got talked into putting them in with tbe fish i had in the sleeper pond as they seemed perfectly well . As the cold kicked in i warmed the sleeper pond upto 15degrees and the bacteria came out on the fish that were in the sleeper pond previous but not on tbe fish i had moved in out the paddling pool , meaning they had drawn amunity to the bacteria but past it on to the others . Hope that makes sens buddy
