Very nice presentation. At the risk of being a little too critical, "dicipline" should be "discipline" but it doesn't overshadow the advice that you give. Guess the classroom teacher in me is showing out a little bit.

Add a second monitor to the Home desktop or laptop if possible once the Home Office user is muti-tasking.

Reentering workforce, after 20yrs as Network Engineer, looking for simple (low stress) remote IT, to get me back into swing of things. Any suggestions? Im lost. Infrastructure is my knowledge base. Building , provisioning, for intracompany telcom. Networking : Bridges/switches/ routers... doing network surveillance and maintenance. With no college degree. :( only CCNA from 2002.

Lady, working day and night for my boss requests and I'm about to burnout of his requests. Find time for your self and do some sport, then the IT will come back to you. This is what i found for 10 years IT stuff. Was working from my home and after finished all my boss requests I didn't get from the bed for 5 days. Kind a degradation
