I took the assessment and then received the invitation email and ran the pc check and passed it but it didn't allow me to move on to the next step (you are not a good fit is what it says) does that mean that I failed the assessment or what? I'm confused

Id like to say that this information is factually correct. However, most of this review seems to be opinions based on reading the FAQ page. These types of companies cannot promise hours as well as work. But let me tell you, working solutions will put you to work. Not all training is paid. Some companies pay well for training, while others pay very little. That being said. You didn't prospect for these clients you didn't push hard to get a contract for that client. Instead, you put in 0 effort basically and were provided with a client to do business with. There is a 1 time fee of 20 dollars. And and some programs do pay an education stipend. These companies have nothing to do with one solution, he says. You couldn't be farther from the truth. Working Solutions excels above and beyond to get clients and plays a major role in ensuring these clients are satisfied. It is also possible to make a living paying bills with working solutions. I quit my full time job and work at home for twice the pay. Working for multiple companies gives you the opportunity to get bonuses through bonus programs and incentive programs. One thing id like to say. You cannot attest to this without working for them. The level of support you get, the family environment that backs you up plays a very critical role. If you are struggling you can request a 1 on 1 training session that is designed for your success.

You said you would work for the Working Solutions client. This is not correct. When you work for Working Solutions you are an independent contractor contracted on with Working Solutions. You do NOT work for their client. You service their client. Some clients you are paid only talking minutes. You are required to commit to 20 hrs min a week but that doesn’t mean you are guaranteed that. Their training pay stipend is not worth it. It is only $100 for 2.5 weeks trainer led training plus additional self lead. Yes legit. Worth it? No.

​@@cadyen1 That's not really true that you're an independent contractor. You are the one running the business. It's not a job per se. Working Solutions is a client of yours who provides you with clients. What you do from there is up to you. Your success depends on how much effort you put in.

i applied to them this week. so far no background check fee. unlike arise, they pay $100 for the training. Comes out to like $2 an hr probably. good luck!

That's such a negative outlook. Did you visit and prospect for this client? sit in a board room talking to this client regarding how to integrate systems and implement systems for integration? The work happens behind the scenes is the stuff business normally wouldn't have to do, and you're worried about getting paid for your training. How about this? You just completed training in a program and met the program's requirements. You find yourself working for a month. Upon getting paid, you find out that you not only got paid for the 2 weeks prior, you also got paid a bonus of exactly half of what you made the month prior because you followed their guidelines and stayed on track with expected metrics.

Supposedly you get $100 if you complete all the training requirements. Beware, the training is very intense, a lot of material in a very short time. In addition, you have to complete 20 hrs of work to qualify for the payment.
