I loved this! 🥰❤️❤️ She really is so quiet! I always feel like she’s at a distance unless she wants me to notice that she’s sending me a message or wants me to look at something, usually at the end of September/beginning of October/the start of the dark half of the year, she seems to want me to go within myself at this time of year especially and work on all that crap in there 😩 I do find her to be so lovely but sometimes a no nonsense mama bear energy too when you need to start working on something that’s for your own benefit, it was so nice to hear the same sort of thing from someone else working with her 🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Have you seen that adorable picture of a child clinging to Hel? I found it on Redbubble and bought stickers and postcards of it cuz it’s so beautiful and it really spoke to my heart! I was also SA’d as a teenager for 2 years and it’s left a lot of trauma that I think needs work 😩 sending you lots of love ❤❤❤❤

Hel yes!! That's her energy big time! I meditated while listening to Helvegen by Wardruna and I saw her wings flapping with the rhythm of the drums! It was wild! I just love our Phoenix goddess!!

How do you connect to Hel? Im a death witch and want to help lost souls and spirits move on. Is that something she'd respect? Ive found so much love in these gods and ive only been practicing for a few months

What an honorable goal! Maintaining graveyards is a great way to honor her and the deceased. She also loves apples and roses as offerings. Anythings red really, including a rich wine. Whatever works for you! Good luck on this path!

You need to research psychopomp work because that is what you are talking about. It is also referred to as death walking. Sandra ingaman has videos and talks about it in books. Awakening to the spirit world: the shamanism path of direct revelation. I am currently reading Death Walkers: shamanic psychopomps, earthbound ghosts, and helping spirits in the afterlife realm by David kowalewski, PhD.

My Ancestor/Power candle holder is a clear glass life sized skull bottle. It's filled with dirt. Dirt from Ancestral Homelands , Tribal Headquarts , Cultural Center and a couple of cemeteries where I have dead relatives . I burn taper candles in it , color can change but my skull looks really cool as much wax has dripped down after a couple of years of use.

Great question! To answer it simply, blood and familial lineage is one of the most powerful forms of magical connection we have in this realm. - far more powerful than any religious structure. Talk to your family hon. Don’t overthink it. 🩷🕯️

I've been struggling to find good sources for her too. It's hard. I think a lot of the Puritan colonizers burned the information about her because knowing we don't only live one life went against their propaganda. I also think that she likes to stay quiet and under the radar. She's got a lot going on. Which is why most of us connect to her in dreams or meditation as opposed to finding info through sourced books. If you find any good reads about her though, let me know!

Is it possible? Yes. But proceed with caution. Her energy can be incredibly intense and can cause heavy shadow work and other forms of depression/anxiety etc. be sure to set a boundary with her when doing so, so you don’t get lost in the sauce.
