Hi Seth, love your videos. Do you have any videos that are aimed at strength athletes with a terrible hip snap / latural hip mobility?

Good question. I have started mixing in alot more different fitness bits and bobs , gymnastics hs been great so far, yoga is good too although honestly not my favourite. I also try and stretch whilst watching tv at night, basically just adding in a little more mobility work daily and that will compound over time. Hopefully that helps

Awesome. I have been trying to get her on my podcast for ages but couldn’t ever get the schedules to line up. I should try again soon!

@@SethAshworth it was much better getting a set of exercises from that book instead of genneral fitness yoga paddling needs much more in endurance and flexibility than the normal sets of exercises they teach you give especialy since the type of paddling i do is a mix of whitewater and slalom the joys of using a dagger axiom you need to be able to do slalom paddling playboating and normal whitewater to get the most out of it

Aye up there, I have a random question that is bugging me, I have a 2 part dry suit ( top separate from trousers), when I'm in the kayak all is peachy but if I get into the blue then water gets in through where the two drysuits meet, is there any way of making the join waterproof other than buying a full drysuit? Thanks.

Which separates pro you have? Usually the more opportunities you create for water to get in will cause it to find a way in. Water always finds a way in.

I heard some guy lost 12kg in just one month by following diet plan from Agoge Diet so I tried that too. Although I didn't lose that much, I could say this thing really works and it's definitely worth trying

Burpees suck. See Ben Bruno for his recent no-burpee challenge : 10 reps of ANYTHING BUT BURPEES !

Alex Mandell in today’s workout I did some box jump burpees. Embrace the suck!

No , Seth. Burpees suck not because they are hard. Just because they make you tired, doesn’t mean it’s a good exercise for most people. I am not talking about the pro Crossfitters who drop down in a very dynamic sprawl + explosive push back up. There are so many better options for a conditioning movement. Push your car, do farmer’s carries, drag a tire, whatever
