I have been CS-ed 3 times with my 3 kids.. 20 months yung gap nila so i really dont have time to take care of myself and really accepted the fact that my body esp. my tummy fats wont return to what it was before. but thank you for this, thank you for giving us hope na pwede pa pala bumalik kahit hindi yung dati but still we can get the best version of ourself/myself. thank you very much. best vlog ever. thank you again and again! ❤❤❤
