Because of the covid lockdown, I became somewhat depressed and I lost a lot of mobility. I still am walking slow, however because of your exercise program little by little I am getting stronger. You are an inspiration to me and I will be eternally grateful to you. May God bless you and your family.

I have been doing your exercises for a year now. I like everything about them. Your light hearted instructions and encouragement. The different background music. My "wake up exercises" as I call them have kept me flexible and together with yoga and armchair dancing I feel really good and earned a big compliment from my neurologist. I am a 72 year old man with PD for 2 years. I am so thankful for Alexander's KZbin videos. The exercises here are easy to do and motivate me to follow them daily. If you find the exercise speed too fast, use settings on the video to reduce the playback speed to .75, slowing the video by 25%.

16:20 1st April 2023 -London England Alexi thanks for your guidance -I was diagnosed in oct 2022 but now it is clear to me that back in late 2018 when I had pain in back of head base of my neck into shoulders going down through spine into my hip & then down my left leg all the to my left side of my ankle it was PD & the orthopaedic at hospital mistook it for muscle aches in need of physio. The only reason after 6 months I was seen by him through the GP was I am a chondrosarcoma survivor as they replaced my left thigh after the operation & I was worried the cancer is back. Your suggestions exercises & nutrition is greatly appreciated by me and so many of us as you said in your video lecture they do not know what & how to deal with PD. Please do continue as I and my friends in the group are all following your guidance as you know how an active sports person now with PD feels & the challenges are so many that it is unbelievable. Hi Alexander Beetroot video was great but you must try steam as a better way of cleaning the beet. Remember to let the beet cool before you rub the skin off

What is Sand Dune ? May be it will help me too, may be you could do dvd for my personal needs too ? I have PD tremor for 6 years - arm and legs. For the last 2 years mussels on my back became so weak that it is difficult to sit with no support though I do some stretching and strengthening ex. Pprobably I did not find the correct ex .Walking now is not good : I feel pain in the low back area and sometimes there is mussel spasm on the right hip after sitting . I just feel this mussel and can grab it and squeeze it . I started your complex today. How many times a day should we do them and how many days a week ? Thank you,

I just read Parkinson on the move menu I think I m too weak to do it. You are young and able to perform ex like athlets … not me . I m fighting to improve but I m a lonely swimmer in the ocean of hundreds different ex because I have polio besides Pd and I have to change and adapt ex to what I can do and what I can not and never will .

Alexander, I enjoy your exercise routine. However, as a Parkinson's patient I find your speed to be too fast. If I slow down, then either I can't get all the reps in before the next set, or I do all reps and miss the next set Would appreciate a slower routine with a little more explanation of how each exercise is to be done. pourquoi Damien Rieu es toléré , des sites comme fdesouche etc etc etc l'amajgame ça doit rester chez le dentiste point barre on s'attaque à raison au communautarisme mais faut aller jusqu'au bout faut combattre la fachosphère aussi sinon ça ne changera pas y'aura toujours des tensions
