I’ve been pretty physically fit for most of my life but an ongoing debilitating health condition has sidelined me for a while. However, at some point I realized I needed to start some form of exercise again or I was never going to get better, so I began looking for exercises one could do while seated when I stumbled upon this. When I first started I thought to myself that’s doable and then, one day, I realized my abs were actually sore from this work out. It may look simple, but don’t discount it.

I am going to try this workout for 14 days and see what happens to me. If I can lose some of my belly fat, i would be happier. I remember when I did lose weight, I had more energy, less pain in my knees and back, too. And this will not take too much of my time either.

This one is definitely the best for me and I was able to do it with my back brace on. I immediately felt the burn but was able to push through and complete it. I'm gonna keep at it as my daily regimen. Thanks for posting this!

I am 65 years young and do 4 full sets every night from day one. I don't pause to rest in between sets but instead start the next one immediately.

Tried this and love it. Popped up in my feed. Torn meniscus in both my knees and work as an office manager. This is the perfect exercise for me. Will be doing this 2x a day to help with exercise. Thanks.

If your meniscus still bothers you try standing on your other foot and swing it slowly in circles away from your body while you hold onto something so you don’t fall. I tore my meniscus year ago and any time it hurts I do that and it immediately goes away

I started your workout a few days ago after trying several others and I have found this to be the best for me. I will be 65 this year and I have had some health problems that I'm working through. For now I go at my own pace and feel like I get a great workout. It is as good as the gym. Thank you.

Followed these exercises for the first time today able to do them all except for the last two a little more difficult. I expect that in another week or so those will also become easier to do. I plan on doing this exercise routine every day.

This is the best workout ever! I love how you can see what muscles are being used. The intensity is perfect for seniors. I love this workout! I plan on doing it everyday along with my cardio exercise it just equals out my workouts perfectly.

I just found this or this is the first time seeing this video. I have knee problems so I like sit down excercises so I will start this tomorrow. Monday the 14th of 2022. I wasn’t much of working out person so that’s why I have knee problems and weight problem but I guess it’s never to late to start at my age. I will let you know how I do on my own. 😀

I just turned 65 I have been couch bound for 6 years do to lupus for only 4 of those years lost my husband of 47 years 2 yrs ago and just now climbing out of that whole is it ok to start the sitting exercises now

The doctor told me I'm in trouble if I don't lose weight, so I'm going to lose weight by doing the exercises in the video every day.

I loved a real confidence builder which restores a clear mental path for a person like who has had great physicality until age weight and injury took hold the great Jack LaLanne 1960’s t.v. exercise show was the first to introduce sitting exercises it was a real hit housewives and seniors thank you my friend

Great sitting excercises. When will people understand that you cannot burn just belly fat. You lose fat from all over your body first and the last place to go is the belly 🤦‍♂️

Some good exercises to follow there as i was looking for gentle leg exercises while sitting to help my leg problems, i like the animation to follow & the timer will give me more inspiration rather than just doing a set amount, nice

@workout-guru I'm 62, was a martial arts competitor and instructor in my younger years. After a serious injury, I let myself go. Not obese, but a bit of a belly I'm trying to get rid of. I didn't think your workout was gonna be a challenge, but it proved me wrong. I immediately subscribed.

This is a good routine and I enjoy doing it daily but the pop-up ad in the middle of an exercise is not good. I like following the video graphic for timing and pace but will be going solo if the ads continue, during the exercise.

I just did this in my little work armpit of an office... I could do them all in this confined little space except #9. A chair without wheels would be helpful. hahahaahaha!
