Please KZbin pe bhi upload kijiye video. Ji ha Robin sir aapko Weight training karni chahiye aapko aage jab age badhegi tab kam aayega. Isse aapki joint health achhi rahti hai. Aur aap vegan community ke face ho aapki health achhi honi chahiye. Push up se sirf tricep aur chest pe hi weight aata hai. Home workout me ek limit hoti hai. jab body weight se aap exercise karte ho to sab body parts train kar na mushkil hota hai. Gym me aap kam samay me jyada results la sakte hai aur har ek muscle ko train kar sakte ho. Body ko protein aur nutrients chahiye hote hai fir chahe vo meat se aaye vegan diet se ya supplements se body ko koi fark nahi padta. Fruits me protein kam hota hai aapko bahot sara khana padega aap apne diet me soya, dal, aur protein rich chize add kariye. Joginder bhai jaise Muscle banane ke liye vegan diet se protein pura karna thoda mushkil hota hai. Vegan diet se bhi kar sakte hai lekin bahut sara khana khana padega aur itna sara khana pachane me bhi body ko mushkil hoti hai isliye supplements lena jaruri ho jata hai. Supplements lena safe hai body ko koi problem nahi hoti. Aap ek baar medical test kara lijiye agar koi vitamin ya koi nutrient kam hoga to Joginder bhaiya ko help hogi aapko train karne me.

For those considering a vegan lifestyle cuz you're a compassionate being but not really knowing where to start.. I've got you covered.. You don't really know what you can eat now that you've ditched meat and dairy.. It can be quite confusing and intimidating even for those who didn't really care about what they were putting into their bodies prior to going vegan.. If you're indian..you already eat a plant centered diet..so it's dairy for us.. So if you , you the Indian , don't wanna support the cruel dairy industry..but still wanna avoid burning a hole in your pocket.. you can start with a simple meal plan.. a low budget but highly nutritious meal plan... Gather every dish you consider healthy..and then ..well... we'll get to that in a while.. But first let's talk about two essential nutrients.. vit b12 and d3 ... If you don't get out in the sun for atleast 25-30 mins 3-4 times a week.. you're doomed to suffer from d3 deficiency...even CARNIVORES (humans ofc) struggle to meet their vit d requirements from food alone.. they can hardly hit 15 percent.. so.. you should either supplement every once a week or step out in the sun a bit more often.. Now comes b12 ... You can either take shots (that's what I do..like every alternate month) or take pills every once a week .. and this is natural and safe..but be careful with fat soluble vitamins like vit D ...so it would be better if you talked to your doc before taking vit d (as they'll give you adequate dosage..) ... B12 is totally safe tho.. Or you can take axbex or zincovit (multivitamin..) .. pop in a multi and you're set for the day.. this is especially important for pre-meds (or students) like me ...busy people ... Here goes the food.. this is what works for our household ..cuz these are our staples.. Protein sources- Chickpeas Soy chunks (this is cheap and healthy..and has anti cancer properties..well anything soy has anti cancer properties except for soy bean oil) Soy bean/tofu. Beans like kidney beans or mung bean Lentils (a mix of lentils) Quinoa (quinoa is cheap.. and very healthy..) Amaranth (i buy muesli from peepal farm) Millets (Indians love millet..these are not particularly high in protein but they're amazing) Chia seeds (not just protein but amazing fats as well...but be sure to soak em) Flax seeds (these are literally superfoods..) Green peas Hemp seeds (we don't use it but they're really good) Tempeh (i don't have access to these but again ... they're so good) Legumes or Pulses in general are so good for you.. Nuts and seeds (amazing protein and fats .) Greens - Cabbage/cauliflower/brocoli/Brussel sprouts (if available) Leafy greens like spinach or kale Beet root Carrots Cucumber Amla (it's a fruit but they're the best. Period) Bell pepper 🫑 Bitter gourd And the list goes on and on.. Be sure to eat regional vegetabls cuz India is pretty diverse ...so eat your greens..and go local ... Peanut butter (peepal farm) Try to incorporate more colour into your food ....or maybe give permaculture ... Or give permaculture a shot if you have the time..and space.. Dishes i eat.. Dosa (this is my fave ) Lentil curry with rice Rajma chawal Idli sambhar Indian version of chilli (that has chickpeas , rajma , ground soy chunks , carrots , bell pepper, 🍅 tomatoes, etc) Yellow pea chat Litti chokha Soy bean biryani Soy bean ki sabzi (i eat lil to no oil) Chana masala (chickpea curry) Oat porridge with apples and bananas and chia seed on top Indian version of chilli (that has soy chunks , Pinto beans or white rajma , chickpeas , bell pepper 🫑, carrots , onion and garlic 🧄, indian spices, some soy sauce, tomato puree..and a bunch of other healthy ingredient..this can double as bhaji for pav bhaji) Quinoa oat cinnamon banana porridge without any milk.. you could add some chia or nuts of your choice.. Black mung daal seasoned with salt South Indian style besan tofu sauted in curry leaves and mustard seeds with sauce.. Chola chana chaat with aloo ki tikki .. (we make it bland cuz we like it bland..) Flax seed and jaggery dumplings Red lentil uttapam Yellow pea chat (Quinoa+daliya+millet+rice) mung bean khichdi with added veggies Daal Dhokla Pakal tofu paneer Mushroom biryani Oat dense chocolate fudge cake (dessert 😁) Mix veg soy bean sabzi (quite runny....pretty similar to a soup.. but very tasty.. i like bland stuff ) High protein muesli ... Tofu scramble (we eat homemade tofu.. ) Quinoa raita with (peanuts+cabbage+carrot+apples) and other temperings .. we use soy yogurt the one prepared at home...from scratch..cuz i don't use store bought food items / convenient foods into my body..unless I'm starving These were the dishes i grew up eating.. so it can be different for you.. so prepare a chart of essentials.. I make sure that i eat atleast two servings of protein rich dish (any two.. like it can be chana masala in the morning and khichdi for lunch or dinner)

Sedentary logon ke liye- 0.8g/kg lean body mass Active logon ke liye- 1.2g/kg lean body mass Wo log jo thore jyada active hain- 1.6g/kg lean body mass.. Meri heigh 5'5" hain.. to mera ideal weight hona chahiye- 58 kgs.. (hun main 66 kg ki but wo mere alas ke karan hua hai..as some intelligent people said "do as i say and not as i do..".. So I'll need around 60g of protein a day becuz I'm a student and I don't workoht a lot.. but simce maine decide kara hai ki excercise karunto isliye i uped it to 60-70 grans of protein... Jo baut asan hai.. easily kar sakti hun main..

Hmm, ek aur baat ki agar kisi ka goal muscle building hai toh 1.8 to 2 g of good quality protein kg of body weight par maximum muscle growth hoti hai. For example kisi ka weight agar 70 kg hai toh usse 125 to 140 g good quality protein chahiye . Jo ki non vegetarian sources se lena bohot convenient hai , vegetarian se bhi whey protein supplement k saath kiya ja sakta hai. Bina supplement k bhi kosis kar k kiya ja sakta hai. Aur agar sab ideally kare toh vegan diet se bhi. Mein 1 saal tak vegan reh chuka hu, agar mein uss time mein achi theek body bhi banayi hai. Toh baat last mein convince ki aati hai. Isiliye supplements are preferred. Kyuki kyi logo k liye fitness is just a part of their lives not their entire lives

I don't agree that yoga is only limited to flexibility. Hold any andvance asana for 1-5 min, it will be more effective than gym. For eg, ashtavakra asana, bak asana, try holding santulanasna for 5 mins. In folklore, Yogis use to stand on one legs for years, can that happen without bone strength. And further yoga is not only limited to fitness. In gym, one can breathe randomly but in yoga there are breathing rules. When one masters pranayaams aand gets some grip prana flow, bone strength will automatically increase complemented with menatal clarify

ladke jo exercise kar sakte hai vo ladkiya bhi kar sakti hai, hamari body same hi to hai. ladkiyo ke liye koi specially alag exercise nahi hoti. Exercise sabke liye same hoti hai kyuki sabke muscle same hi hote hai.

Hey robin.. Please.. i request you to not do fruitarian diet... cuz it's ridiculous.. kyu chorna hai whole grains,nuts and seeds, pseudograins (like quinoa and amaranth) and good cooked beans and lentils.. Meat did not make us human (lions are not fhat smart..) ..cooking food did.. cooking and raw dono ka mixture acha banata hai health ko... Wo trend kuch stupid logon ne start kara tha and unfortunately baut log behkawe mein akar apni health barwad kar chuke hain..but ap aisa mat karna.. And trust me there is nothing wrong with supplementing.. it's totally fine.. word natural is very confusing...becuz cyanide is natural...and so is lead and arsenic but these aren't good... So we shouldn't run after that label.. Iski baut bari market hai but as jagruk consumers hamein informed hona chahiye... Frustarian (i misspelled it but i think it's appropriate..becuz this diet is frustrating) se agar kuch bura hai to carnivore.. Bas.. ye itta bura hai.. Just eat you fruits and veggies (veggies mostly cooked.. ) Add more beans and lentils (beans if you can handle then great..hum indians ki microbiome perfect hoti hai high fibre diet ko handle karne ko.. hamari literally different hai westerners se..) Eat nuts and seeds (studies mein ye positive result show karte hain..)- kuch khao ya na khao.. nuts mein almonds and walnuts aur seeds mein kam se kam flax and sesame to kha hi lo( other good options include chia , pumpkin , hemp, sunflower seeds) Excercise karo weight training and cardio ko mix.. low intensity mein bhi kuch burai ni hai if that's what appeals to you.. Sleep- restorative sleep (7-9 hours).. quality over quantity... Learn new things..taki brain sharp rahe.. Mindfulness and spirituality (spiritual log literally jyada jite hain maybe becuz unhe stress management ata ho) I actually have a short form foe this taki yad rahe.. NEURO N- NUTRITION E- EXCERCISE U- unwind R- restorative sleep O- optimize (through learning)..
