Hey guys!! We are back at it on our hands, at the wall. Let's continue to add to the strength & awareness needed to balance on our hands in handstand.
No warmup needed. Though its always a good idea to stretch the shoulders & the wrists first.
Only equipment needed is some cleared wall spaces. But a yoga mat would be nice too.
