Ok but what if I can't do step 1? If I face the wall and kick off, I don't get nearly high enough to even touch the wall. Is there a workout before this to reach that step?

If you are confident with dolphin pose, can hold 1 legged dolphin and L shape leg against the wall dolphin for 1min without too much wobble, then you should be good to go! when you kick up make sure your arms are stable and strong in 1 legged dolphin, reach that leg high up, engage your core and kick the other leg almost towards your belly and slightly tuck. Your body response is to fall away from the wall, so you need your core to be engaged and shift weight like a log.

Hiii! So happy that I found your channel. I’ve been struggling with handstand for quite some years now. I simply don’t understand if the shoulders are in internal or external rotation, everyone says something different which makes it hard to comprehend to whole concept of being upside down. Can you please bring some light here….im desperate 😢

I completely disagree! You sure are one of those pretty girls. And strong and flexible.
