Seems everybody has one of those exercise balls setting around. Let's finally use it!! They're a really great tool to help you find your pike press for forearm stand or handstand. Also builds huge strength for the wrists, shoulders, core & hip flexors. Give this video a go & see how much stronger you feel on your hands.
