Seems everybody has one of those exercise balls setting around. Let's finally use it!! They're a really great tool to help you find your pike press for forearm stand or handstand. Also builds huge strength for the wrists, shoulders, core & hip flexors. Give this video a go & see how much stronger you feel on your hands.

These are fantastic fitball drills, I usually stand on the ball but I'm going to start practicing these drills, thanks so much!

Hey Kelsie. Thank you so much for such clear instruction. I've been practicing Swiss ball pike but haven't managed to get the leg raised too well yet. I think it's an ideal intermediate step for press to handstand.

Woah and I can see muscle on your arms I’m gonna get a gym ball again also there was this girl who used to handstand walk on the playground when I was younger I was like woah so cool how’s she do that

Hi Kelsie, thank you so much for the amazing video! Do you think it’s a good idea to practice the latter half of the video against the wall? I couldn’t even do a wall hand stand and was wondering if this will help me with my first wall hand stand. Thank you 😊

KelsYogi It’s much harder than I thought! I couldn’t even do the crunches without shaking. I’ll keep working on it and let you know my progress. Thanks again for the amazing videos. You should’ve had 190k followers and more!

So difficult 😅. I have been working out for 2 decades but can't even do the exercises with one leg up. Do you have a beginners level video as well?

is it just me or can i just not seem to balance the ball it keeps slipping from under me and doesn't seem as steady as it does on the video please help 🥺

Yes...its super hard. Requires a very strong core. You'll get there...keep going!

How centimeter is the best for an exercise ball for this exercise ?

Really depends on the height of the person doing the exercises. Though truly, any person can use any size exercise ball. Just don't use a weighted ball.
