Very cool. Love wickets. They expose little flaws that when corrected make a big difference.

Does anyone know what’s a good breathing rate for 100m race? 1 inhale 1 exhale? Or 2 inhale 2 exhale?

static stretches before running......old school :S
@JSXRP6 жыл бұрын
I had the same thought. He does have them go on to do dynamic stretching and mobility, so seems like he's bringing in the best of both worlds. As long as the static stretching isn't too intense beforehand, it doesn't seem like a bad idea.

Then they went into dynamic. This is the new way. Roll - stretch - skips - sprint

Ummm. Actually if you static stretch in a warm up it doesn't impair performance. Only stretching by itself does.
