That’s what you call a workout Wednesday. Classic 800m workout executed to perfection. S/O to Olicia, Baylor Alum coming back looking STRONG !

very talented sister of speed & power - incredible how acclimated the body & mind gets, in knowing how to increase the rate of speed by 1 second over the course of 400 meters; indeed, a truly incredible human bodily system.

i dont think you really needed the extra footage of the dope on the bike almost crashing after each rep

Unnecessary, sure. But they're putting out this dope content for free on KZbin. The camera guy could rip a huge fart after every rep and I would still be happy to see this. With so much of our small sport behind a pay wall, I'm always excited to see these videos.

Is it me or is he annoying with his 'perfect' 'good job' 'that was good'...stop saying that, once is enough..had to be 25 times he said it in 2 minutes...

I was annoyed by the laughing at the beginning of the second set. That would be distracting as a runner out there.

3:29 No disrespect, but It's very apparent that she could lose 10lbs, which would result in massive performance gains. If you wanna be the best, dial your diet in.

absolutely ridiculous comment. you know nothing about her diet, you judge her appearance, and you expose yourself as an ignorant moron.

Weight does not mean instant performance gains lmaooo. The optimal weight is what your body goes to naturally after training
