Dear Roxanne, I don't have enough words to thank you for this training and all the resources you make available here on your channel. I have never been a sporty person, but I have never been sedentary either. I do a lot of walking. As for sports, I started doing cardio 4 years ago because I needed a natural antidepressant and this was the most handy. A week ago I signed up for a 60 day self-discipline challenge and as part of that challenge I included 4 weight training workouts. The beginning was very frustrating, I thought I would never be able to complete such a workout. And here I am already on my sixth. True, with slightly lower weights, but I will gradually increase. The point is, I love working out with you, I felt a connection from the first viewing. Thank you so much! I wish you lots of luck and inspiration in all you do.

Yes! A knee friendly workout! I have been doing this workout 3-4 days a week. As a result, I am getting better and better at all exercises. The plank at the end used to be too much for me, but now I'm able to do it. Thanks Roxanne.

I need so advice I’ve been doing your workouts mainly this one for the past 5 weeks and I can feel the difference and see a slight difference but I’m up 3 lbs. I’m working out 6 days a week. I’m not looking for a huge weight loss I’m currently 162, but was 159. I’m not super focused on the scale but it sure would help to see some loss too! My diet is getting better, I’m really trying to hit at least 75 grams of protein, and making sure to fill it with fruit and veggies.
