I did this workout today, and I loved it. I used a 9 kg kettlebell but had to switch to a lower weight dumbell for the shoulder press to windmill. I'll get there! Thank you, Roxanne!

As yet, I don’t have any kettlebells. I would like to do one of your sets so what would be the right amount of weights to get. Should I get 2K, 4K, 6K, 8K or 6K, 8K, 10 K. Each come as a set on Amazon. Just want your advice which set would be the best love all your videos and would like to try the kettle bell ones. X

@@WorkoutWithRoxanne thanks for replying Roxanne. I currently have 3, 4 & 5kg dumbbells, which I use when following your other videos. I’d say I find these a challenge still and always work up a sweat and can feel the burn. I’ve definitely got stronger since starting your videos and like to mix them up. Just wanted to try the kettlebell workouts as they look good. Really appreciate your advice, so thank you in advance xx

Hey! I would recommend either a 4 or 6 kgs to complete beginners. But it depends on how strong you are to start. This weight could be too light and you start with 8kgs. ENJOY ☺
