So... there is no complaining. The other employee is a personal friend of the Boss. As am I. She is My ex wife. Horrible attitude... can't take responsibility for anything... doesn't want to deal with customers. Hates me and is so jealous that other folks do love me. Tries to make My job harder for no reason. Won't tell anyone pertinent information.i am the general manager. Responsible for the company and it's success.i would fire this person today. Not for any reason other than not being a good employee!!! That's it! She is, actually terrific, amazing and fast at what she does! Just a terrible outlook, hates everything, hates ppl. Nasty disposition.

Ethics has nothing to do with legality....eg. A person who is injured at the place of work due to his own negligence and cannot perform his regular job anymore due to disability ....his employer sack him. That is legally correct but ethically isn't.
