These are excerpts and highlights of a super group in concert, directed and shot by award-winning filmmaker, Chip Miller. The video was Produced and Edited by Travis Miller for Red Hots Entertainment, in association with Desert C.A.M. Studios in Palm Desert, CA. Filmed with multi-cameras at the historic Ventura Theatre in Ventura CA, this amazing once in a lifetime band features original members: Randy Meisner of The Eagles, Denny Laine of The Moody Blues and co-founder of Paul McCartney's Wings, Spencer Davis of The Spencer Davis Group (when Stevie Winwood was the vocalist), Michael Monarch - lead guitarist for Steppenwolf, Nick St. Nicholas - guitarist and vocalist for Steppenwolf, the late Fergie Frederiksen of Toto, the late Bruce Gary - drummer for The Knack, Kurt Griffey of Lone Wolf Band, Steve Stewart of The Mother Lovers, and Gospel star Rosilee. The original 2-hour plus concert featured 14 classic hits all shown here in excerpt clips. "As the director, and musician myself, what a blast it was to be working on one great classic after the other," mused director Miller. DP Bryan Greenberg was Main Camera Operator.

Thank you, a bit belatedly, but nevertheless, thanks. Randy is retired now though is actively writing and enjoying his life with his lovely and supportive souldmate. Of the hundreds of rockers I have worked with, Randy is by far the humblest. A sweet man.

This is a phenomenal video. I remember each person when they were in the original groups. Good for you Randy, Denny and Steppenwolf. "Go Now" was so popular when Denny was in Moody Blues and then to your with Wings. Brings back the 60's n 70's!

Just a matter of time and expense, as it would take about $2500 to assemble, edit, color correct, mix sound, and online for upload. Been so busy, simply no time. But one day, I assure you. Right now, we just completed the all-star Kingston Trio PBS special, with Al Jardine of The Beach Boys, Timothy B. Schmit of The Eagles, Barry McGuire, The Limeliters, and the legendary Bob Shane (sole surviving member of the original Trio), and many more. Filmed in Hollywood, it premieres on PBS June 4th, so check your local PBS affiliate station for their dates and times. Depending on where you reside, I amy already have specific dates for your area. Where are you exactly?

Group lasted three years, until The Knack's bruce Gary died, followed by the Toto singer. A couple of years ago, we lost Spencer Davis as well.

No unfortunately, they never went to home video on this (DVD's didn't exist yet), though we have all the unedited footage - 6 hours worth. It would take about $10 K to transfer all the footage to digital ten about 2 weeks to edit and another few days to author a DVD master, totaling about $14,000. Perhaps one day, a rich fan will step and executive produce it with the funds to do it. But we have it all safe and sound. Thanks for asking, Marisha.

Thanks for asking, John. Unfortunately, if you mean the CD soundtrack, they were made with limited copies. Luckily, I have three. If you mean the DVD, the concert never went to DVD. It was a one-off shoot and aired on VH-1.

Actually in 2000, though we didn't release the piece you see here until 2001. After the drummer, Bruce Gary from The Knack passed away, followed by Fergie Frederiksen of Toto's death, the video was put on the shelf. Then a couple of years ago, we transferred it to KZbin with no fanfare, and over 8,000 fans have viewed it. If you think it is fun watching it, it was ven more fun directing it.
