I think you used the Terminator "Teleport Homer" wrong, they can be targeted by the Stratagem for 0CP due to the ability/marker but Rapid Ingress has the limitation of it can only work on units in "reserves" (IE: not already on the board)... or did this get FAQ'd to work that way for them?

I think you're correct, unless their new codex has changed something. It's a pretty big swing in the game too.

Has the terminators teleport homer ability changed? Because as far as I know the teleport homer only worked while they are in reserve because of how rapid ingress was worded?

wonderful but unless the wording has changed in the latest codex, rapid ingress can only be targeted on units already in reserves, the terminators already being on the battlefield could not have been redeployed like that. All the same - wonderful stuff and beautiful armies. I would have liked to see what the scorpion could have done in melee!!

Can't overwatch failed charges, not that it made a whole heap of difference early on, but something to keep in mind for future games!

You can overwatch before it moves or after it moves if your intention was to overwatch b4 it runs then it is legal , however you should always stop ✋️ and do overwatch then see roll because like you said you can't overwatch something that failed lol

@winters when you did the terminator redeploy using rapid ingress for free, is there an faq somewhere saying you can do that as I thought you had to be in reserves in order to do it? Just trying to find the rule as it was super cool

WInters u do know that rapid ingress says one unit in reserves, so u moving that unit from one side of the field to the other side was not possible. if i am wrong please tell me how so cause i may be missing something

I thought you couldn't overwatch a failed charge as technically the charge move didn't start or end (33:38)? Or have I been playing this wrong?

The overwatch against the Brass Scorpion was an illegal overwatch. The charge failed so the Brass Scorpion neither started nor ended a charge move.

Hey! so I thought the brass scorpion model looked so damn cool I might consider world eaters as a 2nd army just for it but I cant seem to find anything on it in 10th. Is this model not technically part of 10th edition? If so why on earth would they do this it looks so cool!?!?

It's a legends unit now - so it 'technically' still exists but you would need your opponent to OK you bringing one (although who in their right mind would say no?) Long ago I lost any hope of understanding the bloated ruleset of tabletop, maybe will try OnePageRules sometime, but thats the closest I can get. Yet you still getting like, just for NOT having Primaris helmets in your army. MK7, for Emperor! Also - that blue-white color scheme is very nice looking!

You can't overwatch failed charges - the target never makes a Charge Move and thus you can't trigger Overwatch. Just a FYI.

Incorrect, the rule says 'Starts or ends a Normal, Advance, Fall Back or Charge move' so when you attempt to charge you are starting a charge move.
