This is the first thing that came to my mind. + you can make it 3 star with better augments, and using Family and/or Conqueror, to stack a lot of duplicators Are those augments picked here in the video mandatory to make this all work ? Like, without all those specific conditions (the Viktor map bonus for exemple etc), isn't it possible to still get that anomaly and/or to make it work on PVE ennemies ?

You're not supposed to get neutral units anyway. It's a bug that patched on the live server, but not on PBE. You're only supposed to get champions.

The anomaly says "each player combat". It is not intentional and will be fixed.
