I listened to this meditation first time yesterday morning because of feeling much heaviness everywhere in the world. Upon finishing, I opened my eyes and looked out the big picture window I was facing. I was astonished to see dozens of chickadees had landed on the branches of the two deciduous trees in my front yard and the sun was shining down upon them. It was a beautiful site and one that I had never seen before in my yard.
