The fun fact is that the mudmen tribe exists. They wear mud masks very elaborated.

So I've done some digging around and it seems that the only thing Mudman represents from the Mud Men people are his projectiles, he literally shoots Mud Men BUT Mudman's design (without his mask) closely resembles the Sambia Tribe, also from 🇵🇬

He was based in the titular character from a popular manga caled Mudman.

@Tyler Neckbeard yes I am well aware of their traditions and I have seen the video. Everything that Mudman and the male dancers wear, closely resemble what they wear in the video, which is also why, there are no females present in his stage 🤔
