Oh Jingles. The IS-3 did fire HE at the IS-7 and did zero damage. 7:29, check the shot indicator. It shows 530 damage which is the average damage of the IS-3's 122mm when shooting HE.

Thank you for the " Honorable Mention " Jingles! That T-92, and that lil Armor Piercing Care package dropped too you from the heavens above. Was me all those years ago. It was on the map that had the small town and the harbor on right side about mid map. Then there was the big open meadow that covered the rest of the map. The name escapes me ATM. Although I do remember it left you alive. It just knocked you down too your last 700 HP. However I do remember it totally and permanently obliterated your engine. Effectively turning you into an IS-7 shaped bunker for the remainder of the match. Also if memory serves correctly. You managed to survive to be the last or 2nd to last tank alive on your team. Jingles seems to be forgetting that when the game came out of beta in 2010 there was already 3 tech trees with 3 tier 10 tanks available to people. There was the Soviet tech tree with the IS-7 at the top, the German one with the Maus, and there was the American one with the T30 at the top. I can't remember how it was all set up before it came out of beta though, and I was just a bit too late to actually have been in on the original beta testing myself (I joined within the first week after public release). In any case the T30 was a thing that a lot of people seem to be forgetting about, in fact it was my very first tier 10 tank in the game.

God I miss the tier 6 lights being in tier 10 games. Back when they actually had a niche role that people would have fun playing, either running around at the speed of sound (T-50-2), or sitting in a bush and spotting everyone in the same postal code (Chaffee). I played world of tanks for nearly 6 years and just had to stop because of this very fact, this thing we call *Powercreep*, I don't claim to be a unicum but I'd like to think I was above average and knew what I was doing, but skill doesn't mean a whole lot when you have a clear disadvantage, that's not to say that these tanks are useless but they have to compete with things that are far superior, it just takes the fun out for me, I feel conditioned to get the tanks that are the clear winners instead of the tanks that I'd like to use, add ontop of that their shady business methods such as for example adding a Premium version of the ISU-152 that has the BL10 troll gun, after saying "This gun is too op for the tank" but then they release the very same tank as a premo wanting us to pay, Just things like that make me steamed, And I loved playing WoT I really did, It's just not what it used to be, I still occasionally on very rare days go back to play but I'm always just met with disappointment. which is why most days I just feel comfortable watching someone else play it and the added commentary is just a sweet bonus from the epic Jingles, been watching this channel for years and very much enjoying the content, even things that aren't wargaming related, such as you visiting museums or adding quick history to the vehicles that are featured in your videos, and without the great community you have, I cringe at the thought of what it would be like without you. From one tanker to another, thank you Mr.Jingles. P.S: Sorry for the wall of text but I just felt some compassion lol

Jingles, it's arguable, if arty was "worse". You have to remember, that AP had to HIT you. Nowadays with mod called "battlehits", I check out sometimes who and where hit me, after the game. Arty splashes 2 tanks away for you (GWE100 or T92) for 400-500 damage, you're stunned + tracked + MINIMUM 1 crew member dies. It simply has become - they dont do 1 shots (which happened occasionaly) - they do consistant annoying damage. When there's 3 arties - nobody moves on any flank, nobody wants to get spotted, nobody does anything.

Well he was extreemly lucky, the IS-3 did fire He ad his last shot but it didnt do damage Also the fact that that he was shot in the side by the bourasque and the cent ax and blocked it multiple times shows that the armor on the Is-7 is still trollish as hell 2/3 of ammo loadout in heat... I play in e100 and still rarely use goldshells and still penetrate most of my shots... Well played tough, regardless of the luck and heat spam, you still have to make it work and this guy did it, be proud of it cause 10k damage and all those medals is still awesome o7 to you commander

I haven't been paying attention to this game in a while, so i'm gonna have to ask, why is his total damage blocked not going up when he blocks HE shells? there were a couple of HE shells that hit him but didn't damage him and didn't damage any of his modules, so why doesn't it count? i mean, it doesn't show up as either damage blocked or any form of hit sustained in the log with the damage given/taken and it didn't even count towards the damage blocked by armor at the end there.

I'm still salty about the removal of AP shells from artillery if only because the only arty lines I played were the Germans and the French, both of which are characterized by extremely high accuracy and, in the case of the french, completely god-awful penetration and damage that meant that sometimes AP shells were the only option if you wanted to do any appreciable damage to certain targets. the AP on the T92 _was_ completely busted, though.
