@@TheReid98 No they actually cheated when final raid of cata came, there was a exploit when queing up to raidfinder with you guild, the exploit allowed you to farm it without a weekly reset which they did. Resulting in a majority of their first tier roster getting banned and them totally missing out on the WF

​@@aZ1d No. The guild stopped raiding. Yes they were among the many top guilds who exploited the lfr bug but every player caught doing it got temporary suspensions. Missing world first was not the reason behind the guild disbanding. The guild existed up until wod where they disbanded the guild due to the lack of top finnish players interested in raiding with them and they didnt want to go international.

Thank you so much for uploading this video. I'm really sad, cause I by myself started playing Wow in Mop, while I was watichng it at my friends house since Wotlk from time to time. And damn! That'S why Wow is one of the best games in the world to me. Cause even if I never played the bosses at the progress. Even though I barely know there story. It makes my whole body shivering watching this guys fighting one of the hardest battles, a video game can give you. The battle, that have to be fought together with your mates, side on side. For those wondering, here are the few bosses that were left out and their respective world firsts kills - Sartharion 3D (Obsidian Sanctum) - Ensidia Halion (Ruby Sanctum) - Premonition There's also Hakkar from the original Zul'Gurub and Ossirian the Unscarred from the Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj, but I'm not 100% certain who got the world first kills on either of those. They were both introduced as more casual raids (being 20 man as opposed to 40) and weren't on the cutting edge of loot drops, so high end guilds weren't really concerned with them. For instance, ZG was released after Blackwing Lair and the Ruins of AQ were released alongside the Gates of AQ - with a massive difference in drop quality.

What great moments to have been a teenager I remember all the vanilla - Wrath raid bosses I did I remember on Onxiya, I wanted my warlock head piece and it was my turn to receive it but the guild class warlock leader wanted it and because I didn't give it to him, they guild kicked me. While watching this I kind of just got sad... Realizing the large majority of these guilds are gone, never to be seen again. Realizing that the early days will never been seen again, since this is an MMO you can't go back and be apart of old content ever again. This is why I want legacy servers but at the same time that wont be the same, you can't feel the sheer adrenaline that they did when they were at 1%, when they BARELY got that kill. I just wish I could relive that forever.

I have to agree in the knowledge part. But the pros are used to study the game deeply in days. Most of the first kills are 99-130 days and probably 700-1000 wipes. I remember getting the access to molten core required a lot of questing. Having the best gear required a lot of grinding also. Not mentioning the flasks, potions, etc.

I was a long time hardcore raider before I put the game up on the shelf. Started of course when I was a mere lad who didn't know what I was doing. I can honestly say that this makes me shed a tear. So many memories from this, it saddens me that most people won't be encouraged enough to go for these challenge of hardcore raiding these days. As for the people who are complaining about the difficulty, I have this to say; It might be true that the time, which could be percieved as difficulty has gone down, however, the reality of the matter is that the game is so much more fun to play at a high level these days imo. It feels challenging in a different way, a more rewarding way. I can't account for the last archimonde race, but the game has really come a far way if you're willing to go for the challenge (which you should as wow gets more fun the more you play).

WOW... I can remember our first Rag kill. That feeling is very real and difficult to express to anyone who hasn't been there. The only other fight that brought about a similar level of elation was Kael'thas as he was our final roadblock to T6, and we had struggled with him for weeks prior. Our guild imploded somewhere mid Cata as most of us aged out, but very fond memories overall.

+James Wood you are right, they didn't. It also makes sense since I don't see anybody counting days/hours on certain bosses (until recently when they started counting wipes/tries at least). It just creates confusion for me, since for example bosses like Lady Vashj and Kael were "open" with release of TBC (so time progressing must include levelling as well) and bosses like Illidan were added in later patches. What I am probably trying to say is that it is incomparable (if you say you spent 21 days on Illidan, but 90+ days on Archimonde).. In the grand scheme of things it really doesn't matter, since all of them were epic .)

You're wrong, Stars Did never bugged it out, they beat yogg 0+ legitimately when it was current content, and it was because of some class stacking and kiting patterns. Exodus was the Guild that bugged out the fight and also blizzard themselves removed the achiev for doing so.

The problem about this is that most people claiming 10/25 was harder / Easier never raided heroic on the world first race :) Bosses are a lot different when trying to defeat them for the first time. All these "10/25s were harder" opinions come from people who either never raided it at all (including myself) or just had the content on farm already. Try defeating LK within the first reset, that was literally impossible.
