16:09 The carrier's fighters were set spot on. They were not shot down by AA or by CAP but instead they shot down the enemy rocket planes and thus expired afterwards. Game mechanics, Jingles. This is how it works nowadays. One fighter plane will shoot down the maximum of one enemy plane and then retire.

Hartschteiler GER I feel like you might be right. I lost 10 out of 12 games yesterday while trying to get credits in JB and Georgia. Naturally my aim went to shit. Now normally I average around 120k on each, but yesterday was a test of willpower. Constant team lemmings and constant curb stomps while my aim was shit and I couldn’t really hit much reliably. Needless to say I took a break and came back and played one game in each. Both games I did less than 15k and was focused at the start to where my options were to chance getting citadeled and turn away or get torpedo by a DD that slipped right past our DDs and Cruisers. I took the chance and naturally got citadeled. I’ve never rate quit WOWS until the most brutal day I’ve ever had on it happened.

Dear Mr Jingles! Greetings from a Serbian fan from Russia. I usually don't watch WoWS but sometimes I just like listening to your voice. I would like to point to a "mistake" most non Slavic speakers have with pronunciation of Slavic words. In Russian, where they use transliteration of letter Х is written as Kh, so many people think you should pronunce it as Kh but the thing is it should be as H as is "Hello", "Him" and so on... Well, I used my 5 minute break, back to the salt mines!

Actually, Jingles... Go play a carrier for a bit :) Carrier manoeuvres are easily explained by the fact that while in command of an aircraft squadron you have no direct control over the ship, and while performing an attack run you have no control over the ship at all. While a squadron is active, the ship can only be controlled through the autopilot on the tactical map. The carrier can only be controlled manually when the only planes up are fighters or returning aircraft. I got myself a Royal Navy carrier when I returned to the game recently, and I gotta say... carriers are fucking weird now.

Daygoon, gg man. You can work on your aim a little and and staying inside your smoke, its good to keep moving inside the puffs, but your staying inside the binocular view too much and loosing track of the boarders of the smoke, if you hold right click it will enable free look and keep your point of aim on what ever you are shooting at, you just need to use it for a second every five or so seconds. To stave off the tunnel vision. And the aim part, just aim a bit lower on DDs CLs CAs and CVs, you could have finished that Midway much faster if you had been aiming at the water line rather than halfway from the water to the carrier deck, as you would have landed many many citadels. Your positioning was awesome though!! Thats something only a mino could do, and you did it well (except for sailing outa your smoke so much).

+The Mighty Jingles - Why is it that in WoWS, a ship on the surface can spot another ship over twice the distance a plane can spot in the sky can? Yet launching a spotter plane increases the ship's spotting distance? I think WG has these number backwards, a plane can spot a ship 10-12 km out, but another ship can't see it until it is 6 km out (that's 1 km over the earth's horizon). Plus that BS with shots increasing the ship's detection range. All you should know is the direction the shells are coming from, NOT the exact location from over the horizon. As a Royal Navy Seaman, do you think game play would be destroyed if the spotting distances were switched?

I love watching your WOW videos. I do have one question as an American, Why have they not added the G3 and N3 to the British ship line up? They have done so many only designed and never built that it seems they should add these ships as well.

there is a game about these ships which is very technical regarding firing. each side takes turns in firing. there are usually matches of 2vs2. what game is that?
