this ship is the agincourt. if the agin had been delivered to the Brazilian navy instead of being confiscated due to the first world War, and renamed. Carburetor Gaming did a review on it also, he took out a full health genaisenau at 14km in 3 salvos of HE

This ship isn't similar to the Agincourt it IS the Agincourt. They just renamed it and reworked it's guns a bit.

Short story of the ship: It was built for the Brazilian navy, but they ran out of money and sold it to Turkey. As it was under construction in Britain, when WW1 broke out they siezed the ship and renamed it Agincourt. It was one of the strongest ships in the Royal Navy, but after the war it was soon scraped in 1922, because there was no need for so many dreadnoughts in the navy.

Same, and my Guielo Cesare. But my Ok has a bad win % cause everytime i want to play the ship i wind up on a team of human bots who all sink within 3 minutes. Then i get concentrated fire and im sunk, joining my team high fiving the sea floor

Built by Britain for Brazil, who defaulted on payment, Britain then turned around and sold it to Turkey, and was in the process of removing/replacing all the info plaques when the Turkish navy showed up to take possession of it, then WW1 broke out, The brits seized possession of it despite Turkey already having paid in full for it. It's one of the reasons they joined the Central powers apparently.

I just play T10s and superships, and that won't change until WG fixes these lower tier MM one higher or lower for MM is ideal, but not always being two tiers lower

If it was T6 yes, but Either I play T4 or T6 I don't do much higher then that, so yeah I'm out haha

Yeah, it sounds like she's really not the best, I'm not really in a hurry to get a slow cruiser that has no AA, and the main guns taking too long to reload on tier 5, not after the experience I got from the USS Oklahoma and the Genova, most battleships take around 30 seconds to reload but the Rio de Janeiro takes 34 seconds, and she sounds a lot like another USS Oklahoma which is another tier 5 battleship... Not sure if I'll like the Rio after what I got the experience with the Oklahoma.... But, I gotta admit that I'm kindda biased to the Giulio Cesare, the king of all tier 5 battleships...

Allow me to answer some of your concern. First, the reload is 31s, which is in fact pretty ok for 14 guns. If you look at the dpm on AP and HE, Rio is the best of both. It is nothing like Oklahoma because you can actually hit something with your 14 guns (especially using the accuracy mod). Use HE and you get a mini conqueror in tier 5 which can do 10K damage with a good salvo, set multiple fires, and citadel most of the tier 5 cruiser with the 76mm HE pen. The only really problem is AA because you got none, but actually you dont die quicker because you are so tanky that rockets and bombs dont do anything to you. Often an attack run from tier 6 CV could only took you ~1k damage. Now, of course CV loves to attack you because you are a free meal, but they will spend quite a lot of time trying to kill you. I dont have Giulio, my friend have and he loves Giulio. And he admit that Rio is the one tier 5 ship that will get him worry. For me as a Rio player, I chased down countless tier 5 BBs, stand toe to toe with tier 6s, and bite back tier 7s. Now not everyone loves spamming HE, but a lot of people dislike it because they fire AP. If you are going to review a HE spamming ship, at least fire some HE before you make the conclusion.
