I find it surprising too. But when you look at the youtube viewing figures on his channel, WH40K(CGDH with bar) only gets about a third of the views of his WoW/WoT videos. And his videos of Stray less than that. I do appreciate Jingles doing videos of the other stuff though. You can find other gamers doing videos, but I prefer Jingles take on things.

I don’t know, I’ve had a lot of fun in the Agincourt the past couple of days doing the dockyard, and there were times that i got all 14 shells to land on target, sure, it was 7km away, but still. I’m using the accuracy module on mine. And yes, the secondaries are machine guns. I sadly missed my chance to get the ceasare

Oh Jingles when you are right you are very right. I just received this pig in a container a few days ago. I had not even played it until I watched this video. Just for giggles I did a full secondary build and got the range out to 8.3 km. Absolutely hilarious and fun. Thanks for the tip 👍

The part where Kongou got nuked also showcases that she's a battle cruiser. A higher level German BB might have taken half damage or less of the G.Cesare shot to the broadside. Still would've died probably, just not as fast.

The part where Kongou got nuked only showcases that you shouldn't give broadside in this game. Pretty much any ship should expect to take heavy damage giving side like that at point blank range. She only took about 18k damage altogether with no citadels, any battleship would take that much from those kinds of hits, whether or not they're really a battlecruiser or not.

I think that 2nd New york was trying to get the island between himself and Jimbo. I think he was counting on the first New York doing better/lasting longer/sinking Jimbo while he dealt with the Konig. From their respective starting positions it would have made sense if they thought splitting their firepower was a good idea (spoiler - it wasn't). In any event I think the Konig was closest and he assumed there would be an island in the way before he had to worry about Jimbob.

The construction contracts for both Turkish battleships seized contained clauses that allowed Britain acquire them by compulsory purchase in the event of war; which is what happened. Turkey was paid in full for both ships. Although it is true the Turks were extremely teed off. Post-war it was discovered (or claimed anyway) that, had the Turks taken possession of Agincourt, she would have been taken to Wilhelmshaven to join the High Seas Fleet. Erin would have proceeded to Turkey.

Hell if they stayed neutral the British might of sold it back to them post war like they did to Chile, with HMS Canada/Almarante Latore, they did to get HMS Eagle/Almarante Cochrane, reconverted to a BB and sold back to them but it would of cost more than the ship had at the start of the contract.

9:25 This was also the case with the other battleship that the Turkish Empire was having constructed in the UK (what would become the HMS Erin). The Sultan's court had a bit of a hard time raising money to rebuild the navy after the disaster that was the First Balkan War when the Greek navy decimated the Turkish fleet. So subscriptions from the empire's citizens were partially used to fund the construction of the Resadiye and the purchase of the Rio de Janeiro from Brazil. As for the "Actually, Jingles" moment. The seizure of these two ships were used by the government to get the public on side when the Ottoman Empire entered the Great War on the side of...The Central Powers. The Axis Powers were a World War 2 entity.

A good emergency video, Jingles! I appreciate your historical references, they are important, but the Ottoman Empire did not join the Axis Powers in WWI; the Axis was WWII. In WWI it was the Central Powers.

Don't worry I've done that too. More times than I care to remember. It's nearly always my alarm clock going off because I'm stupid and left it set and at 5am I'm definitely not thinking clearly, so I get up and ready for work. Reality only starts to sink in when I'm half way to work and it's very very quiet out..... It definitely hits when I get to work and see the car park mostly empty. And only then do I look at my phone.....date time etc, ffs!!

10:55 Well, yeah, maybe the Mikasa can theoretically pen the Agincourt, but you'd first have to get it VERY close and then STILL pray to RNGzus that you actually hit anything. I'm pretty sure you couldn't hit a barn from inside of it with that thing. And getting into any battle before most of it is over is also often a matter of luck.

Jimbo really did save AntiSpiral's bacon there by deleting that Svetlana. Never, ever, ever let a Svetlana get within 4 km of you, their torpedoes are deadly and have huge arcs. I almost lost it when Jingles switched perspective until I realized why he did it! I'm curious to know, though, did Jimbo not know where to shoot a Kongo, or did he just not want to wait? The best way to citadel a Kongo at close range is to aim under no.3 turret, there's an absurd projection there, and its turtlebacking does nothing. The rest of the citadel is barely above the waterline.
