Haha what a great time to release documentary on habitation! I have a housing project this semester as 4th year B-arch student. Nice vid! This shows what are the expectations from housing for today's world.

In the UK one reason why people dislike the construction sector has nothing to do with ignorance. On the contrary, it is knowledge of what many house-builders have been doing in recent years - reducing quality. Survey after survey reports people want older houses rather than new build because old houses have a better basic fabric. The terraced house I live in has proper brick cavity walls not only on the outside, but between houses and that is something modern builders would not dream of doing - it should be compulsory so they have to if they build a terrace. In addition the internal walls are all brick too and that should be compulsory as well. If construction companies want people to appreciate what they do they need to do it properly, and many at the moment just don't. Quality homes are needed, not hastily thrown up dwellings built to a price rather than a standard. I know some companies have an eye on quality, but better regulations are needed to enforce higher standards, then companies that want to make good homes are in a better position because they won't be forced to compete on price with companies that cut corners.

B1M is a worldwide construction company...but to bring or make a set up in developing country is Logistics problem..We are still fighting for clean drinking water ..and even comes the family and schooling...So really we couldnot afford that...Those who wants some city debvelopement ...to work with chinese counterparts ..the case may be with srilanka might be the same...So in this context the franchiser should take care of logistics and everything of The cons.co.Its really difficult!!##
