While the nugget appears to be real gold (the weight matches the approximate size of the nugget, which is around 58 cm3 volume based on my estimations), I don't believe this video is authentic. It is probably a recreation of the discovery using this previously-discovered nugget.

Most gold found is not 24k. It has a mixture of other elements. Placer gold, for example, is roughly 20k. It has to be melted down.
