Mitch crushed that record! Awesome job. He's been working so hard on that for the past couple months. (It would have been even better if we could hear what was being said. It was echoing too much to make out more than a few words. Can anything be done about that? It's probably hard to balance sound simultaneously for video and auditorium, so I'm not sure what's possible in that regard.)

Are you ok with push presses? Virtually all strongman do a push press for an overhead lift and its very similar to a split jerk in terms of not using pure shoulder power to lift a weight.

Since I competed in Powerlifting and strongman for 13 years I know all about it. I just feel they shouldn’t allow jerks in the axle clean and ‘press’. Just like hitching deadlifts, figure of 8 straps, double ply suits etc all nonsense.
